08/12/2016 13:37 | Sell off's quit often happen after announcements on Aim! Just allows a new group of pi's in at a higher price...IMHO, I suspect mm's will soon be short of stock again & this will rise...GLA | and11
08/12/2016 13:31 | Toyin / Nurdin ; What do think about the sell off this morning after a positive announcement ? I really thought the stock was moving up ? | charlesdarcy
08/12/2016 13:26 | The future is very bright indeed. They are surpassing even their own expectations. There should be an update from Mirabaud, MW and new coverage in the New Year by their US broker. Happy days ahead. | ayesha4
08/12/2016 13:08 | nurdin We will go with you, more profit! All the best | toyin
08/12/2016 13:04 | toyin In that case I can only assume we have spoken to different people there.... lol. | nurdin
08/12/2016 12:59 | Also encouraging that there is 30 million in cash on the balance sheet to fund future/new projects/acquisition | newmanontheblock
08/12/2016 12:58 | nurdin Hope you are correct, I got my information from Mirabaud. Even if it is correct and they have to pay up to 40% they still have 2018E PTP £133.9m (and that was before today's news). All the best | toyin
08/12/2016 12:48 | I have just heard from a very reliable source that, whilst it is true that BNN have to pay circa £500k to each province as an upfront, one off fee (well covered now by the recent fund raising),there is no agreement regarding payment of up to 40% of profits as well.Make what you will of that. | nurdin
08/12/2016 12:46 | In addition to the rolling contracts that BNN have with the government! Remember it's BNN who own's the platform for the payment processing not the government..control is with BNN... | and11
08/12/2016 12:40 | Ripplevale ; I got this number from the posts a few months ago , I agree higher % on other revenues , I was calculating the 80m revenue only We all discussed this a few months ago and sorry if I have it wrong but that is the figure I understood it to be after all China costs taken out ? | charlesdarcy
08/12/2016 12:37 | The profit allocation (upfront and 40%) is nothing new and been known for some time, they key factor today for me is that the venues they apply against are way ahead of expectations for the single month of November never mind the whole of the remainder of 2016-17. This is only the very first stage for rollout across all regions and applications. Bring on Nasdaq listing now. | perfect choice
08/12/2016 12:29 | I am lead to believe BNN's agreements with the government are rolling 3 years contract's. This is the norm.... | and11
08/12/2016 12:19 | Topaz....you are as irritating and as interesting as an anal wart. As for slippery, please don't moderate him/her....I have analysed the narratives over on the Nano thread and to be fair he/she has called it correctly...I have very little time for shortens so I would love ssw to be involved with BNN as I am very confident that on this occasion he/ she will be severely burnt. Nowt personal like. | shutittrev
08/12/2016 12:05 | nurdin Yes UP TO 40%. But I would rather have 60% of something than 40% of nothing. All the best | toyin
08/12/2016 12:03 | topaz The £6m has already been paid out through the placing and then they pay UP TO 40% not 40%. And maybe they will pay big bonuses and yes maybe they might loose the contracts but I will cross that bridge if/when I come to it. The big bonus and contract part is no different than any other company so yet again we are discussing things that may or may not happen. All the best | toyin
08/12/2016 11:53 | toyin,they give 40% of on going profits to the provinces? Sounds a lot ! | nurdin
08/12/2016 11:53 | Toyin, That's 6 million upfront and 40% of profits on top, it does not take a genius to see how they will not make a penny for shareholders, they will of course award themselves huge bonuses etc, just wait and see! Not to mention (yes once again) that the contracts are for 3 years, after which the Chinese entity may take over the whole thing for one Yuan, yes one Yuan IMO!! This is looking very risky indeed! | topazfrenzy
08/12/2016 11:53 | ripplevale -stated as much paragraph two of the "Advertising" section, if in place by 31.12.16. | snowyflake
08/12/2016 11:47 | To Charles Dancy. Can I ask where you obtained that figure of 0.02%? My understanding is the average commission is multiples of that figure with significant variations depending on the end-chain business. Future commission revenue will also rise following the XHN link-up as they can now bypass other intermediaries who were taking a cut. The immediate revenue figures can be derived and extrapolated in only a crude manner as simple calculations are not allowing for the ancillary income that will derive from the transactions in due course (games, credit checks, advertising, database IP). The monthly increment in gross transactions is genuinely staggering and I am confident that we will be putting a zero after the November figure this time next year. At least one further RNS with good news before Xmas in my opinion. | ripplevale
08/12/2016 11:39 | As you has previously stated topaz! This is a dude & will never gererate revenues!! Really.. you are full of BS Topaz.. find another board to embarrass yourself on... | and11
08/12/2016 11:35 | topaz Just to clarify. They pay each province a one off upfront fee of £500,000, then up to 40% of the on going profits. I have done the maths and the research. I will give you facts you will give me a generalisation of your wondering opinion. All the best | toyin
08/12/2016 11:33 | You'll have to try harder than that Topaz.....'project fear' doesn't was any more. Edit: doesn't wash any more. | cheshire pete
08/12/2016 11:29 | Give it a rest topaz,ffs! | nurdin
08/12/2016 11:29 | charlesdarcy You have your decimal point in the wrong place. The minimum commission is 0.2% not 0.02%. Also it goes up to 3.75% so your gross turnover figure should be based around these figures. It is too long to go in to detail but 0.2% market in 2015 was worth £450 billion the 3.75% market was worth £30 billion. Mirabaud est £58m net revenue from the Xinhua app alone at capturing 5% of consumer spend in 2017. All the best | toyin
08/12/2016 11:27 | Not to mention the millions they have to pay to the agencies before keeping any profits. There won't be profits, accept it and move on, sorry to be so blunt, this is a dud. It's written all over the wall! | topazfrenzy |
