Hmmm! Not sure about takeover for a least 12 to 18 months...with the price possibly being multiples of the current price if they achieved there forecast numbers or look like there heading towards those number... exciting Times IMHO...

I think the stock if " allowed " could jump another 10% this week .

So £2 when news starts rolling in is easy to see + this is a hot takeover share with the buyout keeping the main directors left in place for a couple of years , but the price would be more like£2.75 - £3 at that point ... IMO

Nice idea! $10billion m/cap = approx £35 per share...you can never say never, but News & strong revenue generation during 2017 will determine the future for BNN...Roll on December news of Nasdaq listing...

To put things into perspective. £2.15 a share for BNN is approx equiv to current WBAI market cap- a Nasdaq listed company with limited revenues due to current online Chinese lottery ban. BNN have diversified and built strong relationships...leading to new and additional revenue streams. Given the 1 trillion annual mobile payments market in China, BNN stand a chance of generating serious revenues, which given the correct infrastructure can drop serious profits to the bottom line. Margins between 0.2% to 2%, could blend to anything between 0.6% to 0.8%. P/E ratios of 10-20-50, could seriously give a market cap of $10bn. Easy to speculate and hypothesis, but anything is possible when talking about the Chinese market. All IMO and GLA.

Agree Newman! This has a lot more to offer than £2.15/share to be taken over... IMHO this may happen + of £7.50... to much going on with news & revenues for 2017 for the board to give it away cheaply...

Genisis. IMO the shares are worth a lot a lot more than £2.15 a share. Let's wait and see but management have not done all this work to be bought out now....I think we could see a massive pop into the stratosphere if all comes to fruition.

It seems from the buys v sells the mm's are trying to hold this back for when news arrives... hold tight! Clearly not much free stock out there.... news soon hopefully....GLA

No still think it is the MM , as I said earlier you can mix things up a lot with 100,000 shares .

Looking at the selling followed by the buys it looks just that .

They are trying to find stock and they are heavy handed doing it .

Interesting where this will end up today ....

You see 1,800 shares traded share price up 5.5% on close 7p between buy/ sell .
They are desperate to search out some sellers " They need our stock"

But they don't want to pay 150 yet 👍 IMO

Thanks for the reply , very bullish and look forward to the next few weeks .
Yes the MM will always try and buy in cheap stock if they can when they feel the stock is about to bounce .
I agree with you I find strange so many sellers and of course in my opinion ! Is this yet another play by the MM as with 100,000 shares the stock can be sent whatever way someone wishes , sorry but I have been round the block a few times with Aim stocks too and it is not the first or 2nd time I have seen this situation .
So roll on the Nazdac then the stock will have too follow the values their 👍

Hi Charles,

I believe that in no more than a few weeks you will be so pleased with your 165 purchases, I have a really good feeling on this one, it maybe go significantly higher than most have indicated on this board if you put the pieces of this complex jigsaw together. Once this stock starts moving with news flow there will be no looking back.

I have been playing the markets for over 40 years and I don't think I have EVER seen a stock with so much potential.

I just cant understand why there are so many sellers with news imminent unless they are short term day traders (but happy there are) as shareholders are on the cusp of something amazing, maybe record breaking !

I continue to mop up stock at these levels

Yes I agree the MM are sending out messages to someone ??? Who is questionable !!

However I bought a few more this morning as I believe these are a cheap price as they mark them down they soon jump up as you try for 10,000 or so .

I have topped up on 4 occasions over the past 3 weeks and have a average of 118 with today being the most expensive .

Let's hear some strong news please BNN this week 👍
