Yes the share price looks way below what it should be at the moment -- a rise to around £18 or more by Xmas must surely now be on the cards

I can both smell and taste coffee with an empty mug now in front of me ;-)
SP now showing 3.37% up at £15.55.
I'm no chartist, but it is still waaay below the 1600@s of recent months on a trend and should be even higher given its EPS and div values.

That was a lovely RNS and even a higher increase in dividend.

Questor share tip: Buy Bellway as shares look cheap

FTSE 250 housebuilder is rapidly increasing profits and dividends and that makes the shares look too cheap, says Questor

Tipsters realising that the sector is now very cheap in places imo.

My own view is that mortgage restrictions and slight interest increase as tools to stabilise growth, are good for us with shares in property sector, though it is often perplexing when market differs to expecttaions, as this sector has been recently in my view.

It is therefore nice to see this article shares a like sector view to mine:

Anyone fancy calling Bellway to see how many of the new Clapham apartments have been sold, as I think they know me now.

Bellway Clapham launching tomorrow from Kia Oval, Kennington. It will be interesting to see what response they get.

Thanks DR, just made my mind up to at least sell in profit (seen too much profit too many times just disappearing into thin air). Will now wait and hopefully buy back in lower and get some free shares.....was undervalued before IMV but for whatever reason the funds/II's/market doesn't think so at the moment.Good luck all here, may see you again.DD

Bovis updated this morning as most will be aware, profitability guidance
upped and not even a hint of caution in that statement.

I'm sorry you have sold DD, especially as you still believe in the fundamentals.
My normal approach is to invest on business prospects, rather than second guessing what market might do.

I might be wrong in short term, but other things equal, markets will correct in longer term, when I become the winner.. in theory.

If you plan to re-invest on LSE, there are few co's today with rising share price

Atleast you can sleep easy over the weekend without thinking what unjustified sh*t will face us (the market) Monday morning.

Sold up this morning, only small profit......fed up of seeing this & other profits disappear. Will see how this goes over next couple of weeks, the ftse250 seems to be taking a bashing. May buy back into BWY before ex divi, still believe in fundamentals here.GLDD

Dr, are you not concerned that the wider market is perhaps overdue a meaningful
correction?.

Around current levels looks compelling value, however if markets sell off
then it gets cheaper.
