Watch Kenz, if it closes above 440 with good volume there will be no stopping that one. I'm already in it from 433, bit risky I bet long on a false reversal, looking good at mo.

Breakout. It's better we break from buying with a momentum than a marked up causing profit taking.

hope they put an iceberg @1500p if taken out it will go up quite a bit

Got in the lows. I will be happy 1520p -1550p open to be honest, but even 1500p will be wicked. It will be a breakout too

All housebuilders doing well and most have had upward revision, even BWY stated this 2 months ago.

Topps Tiles (LON:TPT) is another way of reaping the rewards of a housing market revival.
That's according to Goldman Sachs, which sees a potential return of 60% from investing in the tile and flooring specialist.
It added the company to its 'conviction buy' list on the grounds that demand for flooring will spread as more homes are built and more people buy properties.
George Osborne's Help to Buy mortgage lending scheme has given housebuilders, DIY retailers and other housing-related companies a boost in 2013.
"Topps Tiles has strengthened its market position in its floor covering niche and we believe the risk from online disruption remains relatively low," said analyst Mayan Uthayakumar.

Topps Tiles, TPT, have been upgraded by Goldmansacks to a Strong Buy rating.

Resistance levels as follows: 76.25, 81.5, 87.00, 105.00, 126.5, 143.00, 162.00, 231.00...then its all clear to three pounds. The company is expanding its number of DIY stores from 301 to 351 this year, 15% increase of market share. It would make a good take-over target for TPK at a current price of 88p a share to increase market share.

You sure that they're too expensive to be viable on a buy to let? Even with the new help to buy?!What is the opinion of how the help to buy will influence Bellway, Taylor Wimpey etc? Surely can only help shift the new builds even quicker. I was at Abbotswood Romsey the other day and it was manic.Tgom

Rayleigh site now open, all five two bedroomed properties of first phase reserved, 2 three bedroom detached reserved, all 4 and 5 bedroomed still available on current phase. Very impressed by the show homes. I was told that buyers were first time buyers, people part exchanging, no buy to lets, (as to expensive to be viable, my opinion).
