We started the week at 2750. If we can beat that, then I'll be very happy !

It's definitely not up due to takeover rumours. The CEO isn't going to sell £20m worth of shares if they were in talks.

It's probably a correction from yesterday.

Liam. Do agree with that. I'm here long term, whilst today is good, not really bothered, as long as the trend is up.

There's been takeover rumours for months but may'be one day there might be some truth in them.

Chester. No idea. This is volatile and has been down three days in a row. Possible a correction, but does look quite strong.

Looking at the chart you have to sell if you are a holder when the share price reaches
27 to 28

but there could be a t/o now if the share price drops to a tasty level.

The company is set up and waiting.

Tempting but risky for shorters

I would agree - the share price is so very erratic that it has the potential to wipe out day or week traders (remember the great quote: Markets can stay irrational for longer than you can stay solvent). But I too am a bear on the long term on this stock at these valuations.

Other great Buffet quote I like is "Trading is not investing. Calling a trader an investor is like calling a person who engages in one night stands a romantic" Classic ;-)

I tried warning these guys recently, they generally didn't seem interested.

For the record I'm not short as the share price is too erratic, logically I think it is way overpriced though.

Indeed I am Eastbourne.

The PE is too pricy at these levels.

The boost over the month of January was on the back of European QE expectations. Now that is fully priced in the reality of this company's future earning prospects and the valuation on the share is fully in view.

This will be a steady decline to circa 18 and then if trading updates are not stellar then I would expect furuther declinnes from there.

Beighton loaded in at £22. I think he will be taking a bath on that investment..

Moorsie2 - I believe you are referring to me old boy !!

Asos was once one of the best buys in living memory, those days are long gone, people seem to think that because the shares were once £70 it means they are cheap at the current price, they aren't, far from it in fact.
