I have been exhaustively trolling around looking for another negative slant and found this little tidler: ASOS don't want any more customers! Can't check out as a guest.

hxxps://econsultancy.com/blog/66122-why-has-asos-removed-its-guest-checkout-option/
"there are now more barriers for new customers."

I agree, but look at the much steadier rise from £17.50 low to where we are today. Yes there are pull backs, but always overtaken within the week. I do not believe this stock will hit the previous insane highs of 70£, but wtfdik? Market is so crazy at the moment, anything can and does happen!

I dunno, look at the recent trend, up followed by a pull back on at least the last 4 peaks.

Decisions, decisions!!

Chartwise it appears we have a clear run upto 38/39£ but, let's not forget, asos does not like a negative ftse, so expect pull backs every time the ftse 100 goes negative, don't know why, just a pattern I have noticed.

Is it still worth dipping in or should I wait for a pull back. Looking at the graph it is due 1.

Hi Saturn,I play certain recovery stocks that have taken a hit that are showing signs of recovery, rather than trying to catch a falling knife 'bargain'. I don't play illiquid stocks and where the bid/offer spread is more than a couple of percent. They are easy to buy in quantity and difficult to dispose of. Don't get carried away with profits, take a decent one and ignore if it continues to rise. You took the profit and it's been banked, so no risk ! The other important thing is to know when you are wrong, take the hit and move on. Hope that helps !Did make a tad over £100k on ASOS, so not a bad couple of months on that one

free stock charts from uk.advfn.com

This is looking quite a good bet up to the Fib 38.2% retracement at ca 3800 and there is a big gap - which is very likely to be filled.

I think this is just a continuation of the volatility seen lately. 12th March is results, so that should make a difference to the share price

Saturn, I do believe this is a great company, but share prices are never linear. If you look at the last two times where the price has increased by more than £5 over a fairly short period, the re-trace is approximately 50% of that gain. The latest rise was 6 pound odd, so I'm expecting a fall of around 3 quid if this pattern of 'higher lows' continues to hold out. So, 27-28 quid feels about right. Below 27 and it could fall further. They have an earnings RNS on 12th March. So any prediction could well be trumped by then anyway. Blimey, that was a long post !P.s. Long on VED, FOXT, APR. All looking good imho, certainly doing good at the moment. Good luck.
