I have watched this story for a while. Each RNS gets even more depressing and hard to see how the management here can turn this around - even if they wanted to.

to actually win these cases against former corrupt directors is very hard. Take a look at meldex to see how a bunch of crooks get away scott free . AIM market is a minefield where only the brave tread these days. Quite often when a company is sound you get the shorting brigade with the help of advfn shaft investors

21t - this may have a small bounce today but nothing significant. With litigation costs hanging over them, a small cash balance and a washy statement about income, this will drift lower with the lack of interest.I will wait for 10-12p as it may be a few months until any more news that will push this on.

Same here was hoping for good news as thought it could do 100%.

It was 23-24p pre market when I read the Rns bit of a shock to see it at 15p but 5000 of sales can knock this one 5-10p easily

over 100 days since the last rns & thought that perhaps it was time for you all to praise the board of directors again for their hard work.

Roy. A huge effort much appreciated
Realise there are still issues to resolve but a great job in reducing costs and increasing revenue which offers real hope. Although converting genuine interest into sales has been dissappointing there does appear to be a real demand for our product which should offer reassurance in achieving early profitability. If Biomerics gets its act together under a renewed joint focus, costs continue to fall and litigation costs capped, then it will only take a small amount of incremental business to make a huge impact on the bottom line and consequently the share price
Regards
Patrick

No forward projections implied or intended by my post, just stating the historic position as shown in the published Interim Accounts. I would also add that obviously part of the historic admin expenses related to the discontinued manufacturing activity.

Interesting.....so revenue increasing 8 fold year on year and expenses decreasing 50% year on year!!!! Amazing achievement! Can't wait for 2016 onwards! ;-)

saving money one thing , but lack of new contracts & having to renegociate others is alarming to say the least. still we all know some on here are happy to lose vast amounts of money as they did with corero. blind leading the blind springs to mind

Never a better case of delisting to save money given the no interest and little movement.

That kind of chart you can see some spectacular spikes but I guess on those results it's not going to happen.

Also they quote 31-33p but I'm getting 31p to buy online so that is as weak as it gets.

WOW, what a set of results from the Bill & Eddie. There must be some seriously proud shareholders out there ready to exchange xmas cards with these guys. There could be an early xmas present for long standing holders with the knight in shining armour Mr Roy Mitchell offering perhaps 35p per share to take this private. Maybe George could become his number 2. All in all these guys have really made a difference.

Just searched a couple of sites to confirm agm was yesterday & as far as I am aware it was. So forget the fact that no individuals have not reported back, either because they couldn't be bothered or perhaps did not attend. However, whats the companies excuse for not reporting the results of the meeting.
