Jeeees some of you guys don't get it. AOR are here to stay and the shares will be worth a pretty penny when Biomerics start the wheels turning. Back to previous highs in rapid fashion.

Been on the watchlist for a while and bought some this morning. Appears now to be cash generative, and I'm encouraged by the recent director buying.

I have not seen a broker note yet but told one is due. This will raise our profile no doubt. With the right news....Deals.... the price could rocket.

Without the loan notes, the company was in receivership last November - fact not speculation. All of the current shareholder value was facilitated by the loan issue.

I agree; without the funds behind AOR STJ would have taken us over for nil. And this BB would have gone silent. The guts of the loan note holders saved this company so we could fight another day.... And another day we fight.

Not sure how you can say that since it is likley that the share price would be lower today ( and possibly nil) without the funds to fight STJ that the loan notes gave. So yes the noteholders made a very handsome return but not at the expense of the shareholders.

The loan notes were a sting on shareholder value & that was the end for me. However, I still hope that the rest of you reap the financial rewards that the recent news seems to be bringing.

Good news seeming to flow. New partnership with Biomerics that looks very good for Aortech. Directors buying shares and the shares up 100% from two months ago. I have absolutely nothing to complain about other than I am still showing a loss of 45p a share. But it looks like that will be met very soon. Well done to the BOD!

Looks like the seller either has gone or pulled their stock as the price rises on not large volume. The past is the past and the future may be significantly brighter!

I hope to see a broker note soon that might give investors a hint.. I know there were several deals, Existing deals a couple of years ago that should be reaching maturity very soon and with this new partnership it could make our current valuation look very silly. Let's see what is said......

Would seem that maybe the sleer has finished. Hasn't taken much to gte this moving again today. £2 would be great news of course but we do need to see what it actually means now. if I was asked what the current signed licences were worth to AOR in annual royalty payments I would not have a clue .. $1m ?? Until we get some clarity on that I don't see it being valued at close to £10m.

As Aortech continue to get their house in order we will see the share price rise and maybe back to the levels of 200p.... This deal with Biomerics does seem to offer many opportunities to existing clients and to the host of clients that are associated with Biomerics. Confidence is rising....

I agree there has to be a seller of a significant amount of stock. What I don't understand is why the market has not been advised of the seller. They must have been a 3% holder so why no RNS? I am getting my guys onto this and see what we can dig up. Certainly it is being done through Finn Capp so won't take too much digging!

Yes I agree but there must be a seller about as there has seemed to be for a while. I bought a few more this morning at 90p and it wasn't that hard. My average price is better now ..shame about those from 1999 at £40!!

A brief moment to look at this.. Those large trades looked very orchestrated and would have laid money other directors had bought but no RNS to show so maybe an investor saw an opportunity to pick up some fairly priced stock.???
