I don't think there has been a large seller but given the price has halved there has certainly been more selling than buying over the last few months. if it has finished lovely

No buy quote for even 500 shares so if there is a seller here they are hiding it well.

I participated in the loan note and while it turned out ok in the end it was very very scary and by no means easy money.

Given that eddie bought 25k of shares having made tens of thousands on the loan notes you can draw your own conclutions. Barge pole springs to mind

Given that this is turning into a car crash and I am stuck in the back seat I thought I would sit down a revisit the recent statements, although they are not that recent now. I am not sure anything has changed here ... but there are clearly a few sellers who have decided to take any price now to get out and the few buys yesterday driven by some comments on the lse site were used to help that process. Directors bought at 85p but they can't buy now since I would think they are in a close period( although the rules on this seem a bit complicated) We are now valued at less than £3m and unless the cash situation has worsened beyond what was stated then we have time to see if the royalties ramp up from existing licences and deals and to see if the new partner can generate some new ones. At some point the seller will have gone and these could be a buy for a very quick rebound on news but I am not brave enough to add to my considerable holding at this stage. The first sign of life might be the time. Fingers crossed

Buy tip from Riddler over on LSE:

AOR: been watching again, and whlst they will have costs of about $1mln per annum ( down from previous yers) so therefore costs/cash is tight, I believe for the VERY BRAVE it may be worth a punt on oversold levels, with BOD ahving bought at 50p and higher in last 2yrs

We have received forecast revenues from the majority of our licensees which, if all were successful could generate royalties of $4 to $5 million per annum in future years. It is however difficult to forecast and impossible to have any control over the timings and success of each of these projects and, as a result, we have sought to forecast the business on a conservative basis based on known minimum payments. During the next financial year, we currently anticipate that payments due under royalties and licence milestones together with our anticipated share of margin on polymer to be supplied by Biomerics to AorTech's existing licensees should generate sufficient revenue to make the Group profitable before amortisation charges and close to break even after those charges.

The bulls are rather quite of late. I guess seeing their money slowly ebb away is not a concern to them. Never mind big hitting bill & eddie are still drawing down their large salaries. As the loan note help yourself to shareholders money goes, your guess is as good as mine to what comes next. Another aim listed company run by directors for directors

£300 000 wiped off mkt cap today on the back of £4250 worth of sales

Ok that explains the sharp fall today! whilst I am highly critical of the Board and management of the company I cant hold them accountable for today's fall. A sale of that size in a very illiquid stock will always result in a dramatic fall.

I find myself really struggling with this one as I do believe there might be a chance that the company could succeed and be profitable with the right team behind it but unfortunately we not seeing any evidence of the so called hard work going on behind the scenes and the odds of failure seem to outweigh the odds of success

Exciting times ahead with all the hard work going on behind the scenes, or so we are led to believe. Yawn!

Does anyone know if we get anything for new products that St J use Optim on or was the deal that they have rights to use it going forward on anything they want. Holding AOR is certainly a good test of patience and self belief ... that is for sure. Thought we might have heard a bit more from the company by now but if nothing to announce then fair enough.
