25/8/2016 15:25 | A few people getting a bargain in the last 2 days | jbe81
25/8/2016 10:09 | they are dropping this on minimal selling now! Yellens speech on friday will dictate where POG is going next week. | jeanesy
25/8/2016 09:58 | WEll let it go down a bit more...then we can top up... | terropol
24/8/2016 19:08 | Weaker POG is not helping our cause either ! | jeanesy
24/8/2016 15:43 | Look at the delayed trades - someone dumped at 16.05p and then buys flooded in at 16.45p... | cyberbub
24/8/2016 15:02 | Spread is ludicrous .. Mm's not even trying to make a market for buyers | mattjos
24/8/2016 14:14 | Now down 7% ! The spread was crazy as they hoped some would buy at 17.1p . Buyers now pay 16.4, the lowest it has been for many months. Some might buy at this price me thinks . | jeanesy
24/8/2016 13:38 | Crazy spread again, what's the point of doing that, don't they want to earn commission. | timberwolf3
24/8/2016 13:38 | I hope that the production figure for August is going to be much better especially as the new sag mill should have been up and running all month. It is very strange though why July's production was so poor. Some have said it might have been because the weather was so hot( sounds like British rail with the wrong kind of snow!) others say it might be to do with hard rock issues. Whatever it was really should be accompanied with an explanation , but as each months production is not RNS'ed then we are all left to speculate. The company has a past history of not meeting targets and the market will not be forgiving if this years are not met, despite the falling debt and hopefully positive outlook. One of the main reasons why we have such a low shareprice is because the company has failed to deliver on production and it has not surprised me to see the recent weakness relative to other goldminers. I will wait until next month to see the explanation before making a decision here. By then we may be lower unless we get some unexpected positive news here. Despite many saying we are really cheap, and yes i agree that they are, but the company has got its past still haunting it which it needs to put to bed by meeting its figures as well as reducing its debt. September's interims and outlook are going to be crucial here imo. Having said all this perhaps the company is now focussing on copper and silver rather than gold as some have alluded to . Im not sure how we will be valued if that is becoming the case. | jeanesy
24/8/2016 13:25 | I can't really be bothered to argue any further, but will try just once more. Why is the silver so far out then? And post 2696 is only valuable if you've read 2673 as well. It is minus flotation IMO but hey people can reach different conclusions if they want. It's a free world! I'm out... of this particular discussion point that is... I'm definitely in otherwise :D | jbravo2
24/8/2016 11:43 | looks like some are selling today even though the figures are old news. So much for yesterdays prediction jbe1 ! | jeanesy
24/8/2016 09:44 | These figures produced by aps5555 of 5800 oz tallied with the abc forecast of 180 kilograms. | ferries5
24/8/2016 09:23 | Jbe Look at the post 2696 There was confusion about this before, and abc production forecasts were correct and included flotation. But like I said, it depends on who compiled the results, they are not as detailed as they usually are this month + they were late. | ferries5
24/8/2016 09:21 | Sorry I meant the poster "aps5555" first postulated those figures would just be dore production. He was proved right. It is minus flotation | jbravo2
24/8/2016 09:03 | Abc have always been accurate, just excluding flotation. | jbe81
24/8/2016 08:49 | jbravo look at posts 2696-2697 and you will see that aps and abc production are the same | ferries5
24/8/2016 08:37 | jbravo If you look back you will find that aps and abc figures were exactly the same. It was other newspaper reporting that were wrong. If my memory serves me. Aps said total production was 5800 oz with flotation and Abc verified this. ABC are the most accurate reporters of productions. | ferries5
24/8/2016 08:18 | Thankfully if past history with their reporting is anything to go on ferries you're wrong. They report on dore produced. Why do you think the silver is so low? If you look back (but I can't remember to when) it has been proved with a past release. aps first predicted it was thus and it worked out. As has been said, disappointing figures anyway, but such is the nature of our deposit. | jbravo2
24/8/2016 08:13 | Not with abc az, they usually give total gold produced. But it depends who analysed the figures | ferries5
24/8/2016 08:06 | It is normally excluding flotation. | jbe81
24/8/2016 07:52 | Abc az, usually give the total gold produced, including flotation. So 36000 oz produced in 7 months. They now need to increase average gold production to 7400 oz in the remaining 5 month to meet there bottom target of between 73000- 77000 oz. See what they have to say in there interims. | ferries5
23/8/2016 18:26 | poor month by my reckoning. 4536 ounces? Hopefully they will have had a shedload of silver and copper. | jesus405
23/8/2016 08:53 | Can see us having a blue day, still very cheap | jbe81 |
