The advantage of the options is you don't have to buy them. Only if the share price recovers to a profitable level, and that's different for everyone, will the options be taken, or you just let them lapse.

Am I right in thinking shareholders will have the option to buy 1 warrant
for every 4 shares held ,at 0.2p,are we buying these ,as I don't see the
point as the share price is nearly that already??
