Posted at 20/2/2020 07:32 by therealtonythetiger Andalas Energy and Power Plc('Andalas' or the 'Company') Review of Strategy Andalas Energy and Power plc (AIM:ADL) is pleased to announce that, following the recent changes to the Board as announced on 4 February 2020, the Board and Management are to conduct a review of the business with a view to formulating a revised strategy. This review will address the current assets in the UK and Indonesia as well as additional growth options in order to maximise the value of the existing platform. The Board expects to complete its review within the next two weeks with further communications to follow soon thereafter. It was earlier announced that the Company proposes a name change to Advance Energy plc subject to shareholder approval at a General Meeting scheduled for 26 February. |

Posted at 23/12/2019 15:32 by therealtonythetiger meh Andalas Energy and Power plc (AIM:ADL) is pleased to announce that it has raised £250,000 before expenses, through a conditional placing arranged by the Company's Broker, Optiva Securities Limited, (the "Placing") of 166,666,667 ordinary shares of nil par value ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 0.15 pence (the "Placing Price") per Ordinary Share ("Placing Shares"), compared to the mid-market price of 0.16 pence at the close of business on 20th December 2019. The net proceeds of the Placing will be used to further the Company's exploration and development activities and for general working capital. The Placing is conditional on the Placing Shares, which will be issued credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing Ordinary Shares, being admitted to trading on AIM (the "Admission"). Application is being made for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading and AIM and Admission is expected to occur on or around 31 December 2019. Total voting rights Immediately following Admission, the Company will have 1,210,636,967 Ordinary Shares in issue. Accordingly, the total number of Ordinary Shares in the Company with voting rights will be 1,210,636,967. This figure may be used by Shareholders in the Company as denominator for the calculations by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. |
Posted at 18/9/2019 07:26 by therealtonythetiger Andalas Energy and Power Plc, the AIM traded upstream oil and gas company (AIM: ADL), is pleased to announce an operations update on the Betun Selo KSO, in which it has a production interest further to the agreement announced on 21 June 2019. The Company is currently undertaking a 4-well workover programme on the project. The Betun Field is currently producing 84.8 barrels of oil per day ("bopd") (gross).· BTN 01: currently producing at a most recently tested rate of 10.4 bopd. This well was put back on production yesterday following further work on the pump which is now being operated at a reduced rate pending commissioning of the water disposal facilities referred to below. A further update will be provided as set out below. · BTN 03: currently shut-in. Permits to enable the perforating gun explosives to be transported from Subang, West Java to Prabumulih have been issued and the explosives are being moved to the storage bunker. A further permit will be required to move the explosives from the bunker to site. A further update will be provided in due course. · BTN 04: currently producing at a most recently tested rate of 44.0 bopd. · BTN 14: currently producing at a most recently tested rate of 30.1 bopd. · Following the workovers of both BTN 01 and BTN 14, produced water rates have increased significantly requiring both wells to be cut back to the current rates until a larger water injection pump (4,500 bfpd), currently being commissioned, is fully operational, which will take the installed water injection pumping capacity from 2,000 bfpd to 6,500 bfpd. Additional tankage is also being sourced. A further update will be provided after the new water injection pump has been commissioned and pumping rates have been increased and tested. Andalas Energy, CEO, Simon Gorringe said "We are pleased with progresss at Betun Selo. The work programme is delivering results and we look forward to getting on with the workover of BTN 03." |

Andalas Energy & Pwr Operations Update RNS Number : 3152J Andalas Energy And Power PLC 16 August 2019 16 August 2019 Andalas Energy and Power Plc ('Andalas' or the 'Company') Operations Update Andalas Energy and Power Plc, the AIM traded upstream oil and gas company (AIM: ADL), is pleased to announce an operations update on the Betun Selo KSO. · BTN14: the well is now producing 30 bopd (up from 4.5 bopd immediately after completion of the workover on 7 August 2019). The well is performing ahead of expectations. · BTN01: The workover encountered a 11-metre column of scale which necessitated a mechanical clean out of the well and acidization of the wellbore and perforations similar to the work carried out on BTN14. The rig is currently re-instating the well with the larger pump and will restart production from this well in the coming days. · BTN03: On full re-instatment of the BTN01 pump the rig will move to BTN03 location where it will be upgraded in preparation for the workover which is expected to commence by the fourth week of August subject to securing the necessary explosive permits from the Government and Pertamina. |
