well for argonaut punters i have my position in play for next years stock of the year imo and this share will perform even better my tip in futuragene and FGN went up from 5p to 200p with a target price of realistically £10-00 within the next two or three years -----in my humble opinion rii plc RIN should be bought at 3.5p with £2-00 a short term target price prior to major deals and announcements very soon ----happy christmas punters and good punting next year for all widows and orphans alike

daisey its confusing trying to work out a way forward when we have so little facts available --our options are calling an egm or entering into talks directly with san --he reads this thread and he knows i swing both ways --ie i can be his best friend or worst enemy --if he starts to look after all his shareholders i will give him one hundred percent support --if not i will make his life hell and ask for him to justify his action to the city police and regulators --its up to san i am trying to meet him informally as he has my phone message i left this morning either way i am bidding £150/- for the company clean for my own clients

public companies dont go bust for a small one million pound debt ---this company was allowed to fail by the director's for selfish reasons --i want to offer san 0.015p for his entire shareholding x the subsidaries and this offer will then be put to the remaining shareholders ---this is a worst case scenario imo san can offer to buy all the remaining shares at a higher bid if he wishes --personally i would sooner see him reverse the assets he shafted from the minority shareholders into a cleaned up argonaut with a new board and brokers --either way san will need to satisfy the regulatory authorities and justify his behaviour
