daisy i have only met him a couple of times and spoke on the phone sveral times ---i think its unlikely he would meet shareholders as he is no longer a director ---in reality he still pulls the strings --i think he he likes the morpheme idea then there's a very good chance of a meeting ----this is the line john adams and myself want him to go ---as it offers shareholders an olive branch into a nice little investment that could become a terrific performer in a year or so --daisy phone jez yourself

I don't know how well you know him but it sounds like you have some sort of contact, so is there any chance he would meet shareholders to try and resolve the situation or do you think he will just wind up the company (AGT) anyway, after 6 months?

its something i have suggested to jez san daisey --whether he goes for it --God knows but it could be made to work --shareholders would be diluted but at least this wouldn't be a total write off ---morpheme -new board new finance director --new brokers willing to raise new capital etc --it could become an exciting investment ---san has learnt a few lessons not to employ idiots like crilly ----well its a long shot and its better than nothing imo daisy

So the subsidiary would become the owner of its (ex) parent company.

Harry - I'm sure you and your friends would love to donate a small amount to a fighting fund. Ok we may not win, but what a pain for san. regards

targ it upsets me that san has been able to get away with this ---the administrators belong to san synagogue --the director's havn't disclosed details of the sale of various company assets ---not enough time was given to prospective buyers to determine value and to make a bid for these assets --this surely is wrong -the director's are not working in shareholders interests ---i hope the dti are investigating this matter ---i think beesons should also be investigated by the fsa ---someone told jez san the city couldn't raise money for argonauts --i want to know who said that was it beesons or crilly ?

"Totally shafted by "crooks", but such is life. Let's move on "?

Sorry, when it comes to robbery, i'm in the Tony Martin school of thought.

Cheers.

Whoah San, 2 RNS announcements in one month, you must be feeling dizzy with all this communicating with shareholders! Don't worry, it'll all have blown away like a bad smell in 6 months time eh? Or maybe not.
