Harry i dont think the DTI will see it as them acting within the law! They may have acted within the listing rules but there are certain acions we know they took which are unlawfull!

Personally, I reckon he's a coward. He has'nt even got the balls to confront the issues with shareholders.

Perhaps shareholders should all go down to his offices at Morpheme and confront him face-to-face? ( I bet he would squeal to the police-LOL)

The FACTS are JEZ and CO DELIBERATELY ran this company into the ground to enable themselves to buy back the juicy bits for next to nothing.

THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HAS HAPPENED TOO. They DID run the company into the ground and they HAVE bought back the juicy bits for next to nothing!!

.....And now they intend to sell it on almost immediately for a handsome profit!!!!

You won't get away with it JEZ + little daddy.

LDM,your post 8698 gave the statement by crilly re no details of the transactions received from administrators and the administrators have told me that they would only tell the subsidiary directors and not the PLC board. Well the docs sent by daisy confirm that Crilly was a director of Morpheme ltd, but not JAM,so he obvioulsy knows. This is yet more evidence of a cover up and scam imo.

he can buy it back for a price which is fair to all shareholders if he wants,otherwise i suspect we will have to go for alternative routes to recover our losses!

i bet san never even tried to raise fresh money from the city to save the company imo as it would not have suited his own plans for his mbo ---and crilly hasn't the ability or sense to even consider the prospect of asking shareholders about saving argonauts-- its all history i cant see the regulators doing much --this is just another company that has gone bust caused by general bad management

san has taken his toys away --how are we going to get them back ?----agt a company with no business --huge tax loses ----and will soon be put into receivership and wound up owing the creditors about £1m ----the only asset left will be the listing worth about £150/-- this can be sold off to anyone who wants a shell by doing a deal with the receivers--------i wonder if san will buy it ?

Happyjackal,i have had 2 conversations with the administrator. The one after they were appointed but before the subs were sold he said ( i thought) that PLC was looking to get between 10-15 million form the sale. This week, a couple of weeks after the sale of JAM and morpheme he said that PLC were owed 10-15 million from the subs but were unlikely to get much if any!

I suspect a collusion with Sans and th administrators and the way my conversation went didnt make me feel any different. Also if they are the administrators and supposedly know the ins and outs of the company you would think they could narrow the debt down a bit better than the 10-15 million figure quoted!

Am I right in thinking that Sans stated (in a recent news article) that he had agreed to a 'profit-share' arrangement as part of deal for taking on JAM and Morpheme? Presumably, this would include a share in the proceeds on any sale too. The recipient of any profit share would be AGT Plc, so surely we shouldn't expect to see Plc filing for winding-up.

Also, I'm confused because we all think that the AGT group of companies had very little net debt. And yet we think the administration of the trading companies is because of large inter-co debt (did I see £10m mentioned?).

On the face of it, this suggests that there must be cash balances of an equal-ish amount held by the Plc. And let's not forget that Plc is NOT in administration - which suggests that it must be solvent.

Bemused.

Why should the directors receive any remuneration, wouldn't it be like awarding them for running the company into the ground?

Well, Harry - I think you may have a point about sacking the directors. I suspect the plc itself won't be put into administration until they've squeezed everything they can out of it in the way of directors' remuneration.
