Last year it was towards the end of Feb, so I would not expect one before A2584728. This stock has performed well bearing in mind the recent turmoil, wish I could say that about the rest of my portfolio - so well done those that bought in this year. Will it last though, as other companies may cut their spending due to market conditions?

Well a good start to the year with TAL and CRU, with TAL having been picked by a tipster it seems.Market looks a bit grim in general.

Forgot to mention at 2.25p you can pretty much pick up TAL at the same price as the equity raise ...which was at 2p, indicating the flippers have just about left the party

Hi CT I'm with you on TAL and we are due an update on h1 I believe in the bearish future .... One would have to believe media in all forms should boom in the new digital world. I have also noted the small but persistent buying ..... Interesting as we head to the h1 trading statement. Re AEO ... I was rather hoping to pick up some more stock at lower levels during this information blackout but maybe this is the floor ... We will see if the seller reappears.

Happy New Year all. Been a bit of stock buying for longer term investment of late it seems. Whom ever picked up stock from 31p to current level should continue to reap dividends. Still I will be waiting until, and if the stock slumps further early 2016 as I expect it will.

One to watch imo for 2016 is TAL.

I'm going to be a bit contentious here especially as I am an uber bull. Don't be afraid of the price falling due to drip drip selling just let it fall further. The price will rapidly reverse on any serious buying. If there is a forced seller or stale Bulls best to let the selling conclude .There is a bit of a news void now prior to the h1 trading statement late Jan/ Feb time so maybe CTs prediction will come true and we get to 20p ... I'm shaking the piggy bank in anticipation already ..... Merry xmas and happy new year to all

Therefore the 3% turnover I mentioned but without the 61% that means circa 9% of the free shares turned over, the MM's coped with the excitement.

61% of shares are held by major notifiers, thats 39% in free float. fairly illiquid, but at current market cap thats still £1.1m on the open market.

Agreed AEO will likely be news driven and the seller/s will take the price lower in the meantime. We will all be trying to catch the low and any SnapBack will be quick as the liquidity works in the shareholders favour ... The timeline of course is the big question. I must say I am surprised there is selling at this price -it's either a losing trade or an early buyer settling for a 3 or 4 times profit.

Buying illiquid stocks is not something that many will contemplate as we run up towards the holiday season ramas and another reason that it is likely to slump, is that you will get a flow of stop losses driving the share price lower, until such time as the company are in a position to announce any new large contracts, which I cannot reasonably see coming, if they do that is, until H2 2016 - so imo worth waiting for 20p.

Funny enough seeing an apparent large trade to end the day at 31p did make me wonder about some forced selling for whatever reason. Seeing this drip drip selling would indicate some obligation of sorts so let's see where it ends ... The dilemma of what price to buy

ramas, As you know on occasions stocks just have to be liquidated to make ends meet or by way of an example by executors who just have to raise cash and can be nothing to do with being crazy, however in this case, as you pointed out it is illiquid, and with H1 always being the poorer, a lot of investors just get bored or take losses to balance profits out, so to enable them to move forward and invest in new wonder stocks, or so they think.

You may well think I am crazy, and I doubt you would be alone there, for me waiting to buy or you could say hoping to buy this trading stock at a target price of 20p in due course but I feel confident that I will do so.If I am wrong then I will rely on my investment stock and look forward to next years dividend.:-)

I bet these creative people at AEO take a long break over Christmas and New Year to re-energise themselves and dream up plans, filling time up until the next big job turns up.

themattbarnes, It is only worth what anyone will pay for it, how many times do I have to say that in my view it is a very good long term investment at the current price but I expect the share price to fall to my target price of 20p by Spring 2016 or before.

Nobody said the company will not make a profit or will not a pay a dividend etc but all said in good humour I know. Good Luck, only one MM bidding for stock at 33p - it looks very weak and a few more sells will sink it quickly imo but it would take a lot of buying to move it far upwards I guess.:-)

just give up Ramas lol. everything anyone writes is countered by CT.

shell value is wrong,
company wont make profit
company wont pay divi
AGM is too far
Cant afford to attend

etc etc.

His sole purpose seems to be complaining about why the company isnt worth its current value.

I don't think agms tend to be webcast they would become unmanageable . Results announcements are webcast by larger players , unsure how many micro cap aims do though except those bent on self promotion. For so many reasons it's not a good idea , my view anyway.

edit: remember there is always the telephone to speak directly to companies I do this all the time - save the cost of a flight

It is not a train ticket ramas, it is a expensive airline ticket + train ticket and hotel for a minimum of one night and two days lost for many investors like myself.Far from silly losing best part of two days info and trading for the sake of attending any meeting. If they were web-casting it is easy to put it up on the many screens one now has around ones trading base and with earphones to listen in almost as good as being present, maybe they are silly not doing it.
