well its had a few setbacks that will have cost a lot, its all a question of when you picked up on it.

I have been watching but not privy to inside info and disliked the risk preferring aviva for portfolio in this sector.

I'd be careful not to underestimate the importance the fundamental support 800 pence has given since November.
SP could still go either way following March 7 so a well disciplined stop loss is necessary. PE is regarded as strong at 14 so the numbers/strategy going forward will need to impress to gain ground.

This is steadily gaining up towards previous SP's since fall in November. Can't actually find any info as to big fall from around 1200 to 850 in Nov, the huge volume came immediately after the fall so can't have been triggered by a big sell off itself. Suppose it may have been on the back of a fundamental change in the car insurance sector.

I'm goin to keep my money in until a modest gain above 1200, after which I'll set trailing stop losses.

Interesting position re the gap between 1000 and 1100. Went for it but scampered away half way there. Now it's thinking about it again.

Well got stopped out just as it turned back up! Out for the day so didnt get the opportunity to get back in for the recoup
