25/3/2015 14:52 | Agreed This company is in no position to pay dividends Insanity rules | spob
25/3/2015 13:51 | Approx £3bn net debt and 38 x PBT to MCAP? Token dividend from next year and no stellar growth to be seen. This is screaming to be shorted. Just a matter of timing. Unless I'm missing something here? | mapmagic
25/3/2015 11:09 | As from tomorrow you would probably be better using 606m as the effective number of shares in issue. Even though the new shares don't get admitted until 21 April I think they should be pretty well costed in the price. | typo56
25/3/2015 09:37 | Results, strategy & proposed refinancing - "In view of our strong cash generation and following the refinancing, the Board intends to recommend dividends of no less than £50m in respect of FY16 and to adopt a progressive dividend policy going forward." Based on current 554m shares in issue, I calculate minimum payout of c9p per share for FY16. | speedsgh
25/3/2015 08:11 | AA. are ex open offer tomorrow, not today. That's unusual. | typo56
12/1/2015 10:06 | Strong this morning.. capable of making new highs? A minor change kicks in on 28 Jan in respect of its list status. | m.t.glass
07/1/2015 08:01 | The AA (AA.) has debts that are 1.5x market cap, and a whopping peg factor of 3.55 Their own profit forecast is down (again) on last year, on static turnover. By the end of November the share price had climbed 50% since its post-ipo dip but has struggled to get any higher. Not a definite short, but on my watchlist as a possible one. | m.t.glass

20/8/2014 13:29 | So I have cashed out for a very nice quick return. Not my usual mode of investing but I do think that these markets are high on valuation terms both UK and even more in the USA. May be back........... | anley
14/8/2014 17:52 | Looking Good ! | chinese investor
14/8/2014 17:47 | and the market seems to think so this week as the price is up 20p or so on the back of a deal with VW. | anley
30/7/2014 10:27 | No they are not and view this business as a huge cash cow with new management who can develop one of the best brands in the UK. | anley
28/6/2014 17:05 | How did they manage to get £3billion of Debt?? Private Equity milking it I suppose. | isis
28/6/2014 16:59 | Yes, Net debt / EBITDA = c7.7 - this is leveraged private equity stuff. If their business doesn't grow and interest rates go up it won't be looking as good. Think I will give it a miss for now and see how things develop. | topvest
28/6/2014 16:54 | Nice business. Not sure about their balance sheet though. £3bn of debt is too high for my liking. No dividend. Difficult to see that this is going to be looked at that positively until it gets its debt and dividend policy sorted. In my mind the IPO was a bit of a lost opportunity. They should have cleared the debt down to a £1 billion or so which is much more sustainable. | topvest
26/6/2014 06:43 | I suspect the 10 funds who put a £100m in each are not looking at this over a few days .... | aughton 3
