04/5/2016 15:08 | Due diligence ? Phps just averaging down at 5p...if they got in at the float around 32p...1/6th of previous price....doesnt mean price will rise though. And helping to avoid Drury selling drip by drip which would have nailed the sp Fund mngrs get loads wrong...and apparently most do worse than the index, no. Many funds in Globo I think when revealed as a fraud. Also Valeant collapse in USA. | smithie6
04/5/2016 08:47 | Very pleased to have Miton in, especially in latest round of their Micro Fund, I imagine Gervais Williams and his team have done some pretty solid due diligence here. | iainbarclay
04/5/2016 08:39 | the bulk of their holding are within their C class fund - the following is an extract from its prospectus : "Further, the Investment Manager believes the valuation differential between large and smaller companies continues to suggest many micro cap companies are standing on sub-normal valuations, providing excellent opportunities for investment managers focussed on stock-specific selection to add value to their underlying investment portfolios." | wh1spa
04/5/2016 08:31 | Today's RNS Appears that 2 Miton income funds hold 7DIG shares !! How can an income fund hold shares in a high risk microcap tech stock which has so far a track record of consuming money and has noticeable % sales not paid for yet....and imho needs to raise more cash, 3rd time, & has never paid any income/divi to shareholders ! Are the rest of the companies in Miton "income" funds similar high risk shares, that are loss making and pay no divi ?! ( inside a microcap or similar fund would make sense, they have in 1, but inside an income fund ??) | smithie6
03/5/2016 19:46 | miton took 2.2m shares | wh1spa
03/5/2016 19:20 | Expect Sweenoid is phps questioning his criticism of me ....as share price has returned to all time low.... And as I posted was likely to happen. Will it break down below/thru it ? Who knows, maybe it will fly from here....but imo it keeps raising cash & consuming it....just to ask for more....a common story on AIM...which usually dont end well, but not always. | smithie6
03/5/2016 19:16 | So...looks like Miton took one of the blocks from Drury..just over 1M shares I think | smithie6
03/5/2016 14:51 | ok so who picked up the rest of Drury's holding? | wh1spa
29/4/2016 20:11 | Looking at the chunk trades my guess is that existing large holders have all/mostly taken chunks to avoid drip drip selling in the mkt by Drury crashing the price....in a few days one assumes there might % holdings news (tp ..below support at 6p. 1-3p ?. So far fallen from 32p to 6p. And still loss making in 2016 & imo insufficient growth) | smithie6
29/4/2016 18:18 | what interests me here is who has picked Drury's shares up? | wh1spa
29/4/2016 17:31 | You 2 guys are like the muppet show...without the laughs Smithie's incompetence is laid bear for all to see, if you can bare looking through his posts today - totally garbage It was plainly obvious that Ben Drury had sold those shares - as I said in my 2 posts - period He was the founder of 7 but like many starters of things ...he needs people to finish , that's why he is off doing other STARTING things again , he must damn IMG to hell for reducing his payout by 50% at least S | sweenoid
29/4/2016 15:28 | Rapier I stick to my view that contract value news is the bod or chairman intentionally misleading shareholders. If you read comments from Shareprophets, Sharesoc and/or P.Scott or Naked Trader you will see the same general criticism of cloudy data/info issued by companies rather than real data that shareholders can use and base logical decisions on. AIM, pathetic/corrupt. You think it is fine, I dont, each to our own view. ------ Charts Seems to be heading towards re-testing 6p ATL If goes down thru that then hold on to your hats. ---- 7DIG pre IPO. Years loss making. French Snowite. Yrs operation. Still tiny turnover. Gone no where, loss making , debts. Joining them will make little difference imo. | smithie6
29/4/2016 15:18 | He sold 2 chunks in H2 2015..... 2M and 0.75M No one was pushing him. Imo imo he preferred the cash Been watching his pile of shares diminishing in value and decided to limit the pain If co. ends up doing a cash raise..who knows what mkt price will be ---- Recent news from eJukebox might have been a trigger....that not going to open in usa And questions and copyright access etc etc | smithie6
29/4/2016 15:12 | edit i meant to say perhaps Drury was pushed - so he thought $$ you and dumped his shares - maybe Henderson have bought back in? | wh1spa
29/4/2016 15:10 | Took their time today to get the RNS out imo. (Drury maybe has 3M left...since he had 10M before I think..but below 3% so not notifiable) Big change from "no intention to sell any more shares" as stated a few months ago to selling 7M shares. And interesting that withdrew resolution to be re-elected. Imo was very keen to sell such that he was willing to depart from his baby as a consequence . imo the founder selling big is a negative indicator. And of course info issued on a Friday afternoon | smithie6
29/4/2016 15:04 | well least we now know - perhaps Drury was the weakest link?i wouldnt have thought Kershaw would have joined the gang unless he saw good potential. | wh1spa
29/4/2016 13:18 | Rapier Thanks for your posts on the options..... | smithie6
29/4/2016 13:16 | Old pick fom website was Bioquell Now doubled. A personal short Restaurant Group at 700p area now about half price ( sadly I dont still have the position) Fulltimeinvestors.co @fulltimeinvest | smithie6
29/4/2016 13:13 | ..you have accountants advising you... And the normal shareholder or market ? imo the RNS info is vague... Text says one put/call option... My memory of the text is that it does "not" say that A has a put option while B has a call option Similar to deals that are announced, vague and basic material info is NOT given to shareholders. 'Lifetime value is X million' but no annual value is given nor the number of years for that value of X million...nor whether the client has existing customers and can actually pay that value of X million. --- Each to own views | smithie6
29/4/2016 11:59 | You really aren't listening are you Smithie. "They" don't have a call option, it's 7DIG which has the option to call the shares in question. It's not unclear, the put has to be at vendors option and call at 7DIG's option to (a) make any commercial sense and (b) to be "over the consideration shares" And it's not unusual either - at least according to the accountants advising me in a transaction that ended up including similar back to back options. If your commercial arrangement is for shares to be sold in the future you really don't want the tax landing now. | rapier686
29/4/2016 11:40 | michaelmouse, you keep seeking his atention dont you. Lets see if i have this right, i am elrico, elrico is me, lukead is also me and elrico, now lukead is me smithy is elrico, me, lukead and tom winni are one and the same, in fact, accrillium, elrico, lukead, smithy and tw are all the same people whos sole purpose is to troll you. Wow!! Do you want to add anyone to the list? Annoymous2 perhaps? Here is some irony for you, i got bored of you, i was happy for the break but you just had to bait me didnt you, you also could not resists mentioning elrico in no less than 4 of you 6 posts yesterday. I think you are sad and disturbed. | accrillium
29/4/2016 11:23 | If 7M short (surely not allowed imo by std lock in agreement) Then they phps have a nice position 1) if company share price collapses then they have already sold at 5p and hold cash and can close out short close to 0p to have no position And if option still open then sell that option at 8.5p/share when price is close to 0p to bag a big lump of cash (hammering 7DIG accounts !) 2) if share price rockets up then exercise call option at 8.5p When mkt price is much higher And already phps have the cash from forward selling their shares. All unclear and unusual imho , at some time hopefully the co. will report the reality/situation | smithie6
29/4/2016 11:09 | Good comment.... ..interesting...put/ | smithie6
29/4/2016 10:43 | (2) is clearly correct. In the implausible event that the vendors sold yesterday, then they are currently short 7DIG shares because of the obligation (that THEY insisted existed) to sell a bunch in 5 years time at 8.75p. If asked nicely, 7DIG are probably currently willing to cancel that obligation but this theory lost touch with reality some time ago. | rapier686 |
