I guess the debt holder hasnt got any choice....French co. is basically bust imo so debt hldr does want to call in that debt since get a bag of dust if he did imo !

Ah..interesting that the owner of 7DIG is that debt hldr if they ever call in that debt. imo be wise if 7DIG raised enough to pay off that loan or convert to shares if poss....as well as cash to pay wages !

Need to raise a chunk of cash imo.
I currently dont think loss makers are good investments. In 1999 or 2011 perhaps yes, now no.

I said ages ago avoid 7DIG.....nothing so far to change my view. The numbers imo dont make sense as an investment. Loss per yr is frightening % of the gross profit and of the turnover. Move towards profit not happening quick enough imho especially when about to run out of money !!

Not sure the French acquisition needs cash in the short term. Paying 7 million shares and taking on £1.3m debt.

losing 3M per year with only 1M increase in turnover that is not download sales....

is not enough growth imo to go towards achieving break even...
but each to own view

by now the company should imo be closer to breakeven
never mind ever make a ......

PROFIT ! or pay a DIVI !

So cash at Dec was enough for perhaps 4-5 months !
And 4th month starts on 1-2 days !!
ie. cash is close to ZERO !!
and loss making !!

and no cash to make French acquisition !

Money is disappearing rapidly, placement is coming and it will be a massive discount.

Problem short-medium term is what are IMG going to do with their remains stake?, that uncertainty is unsettling as is the departure of the CFO announced today.

I feel at this price it's an absolute bargain for someone with a long term view :-) ...which I have

Ochs - I'm not in a hurry to by these shares in one purchase. Impossible to get the timing right. I'm buying these babies over time in small chunks. It's the only way to reduce risk.

The danger at the moment is that IMG still seem to have a decent chunk of shares left - so this uncertainty could drag the share price even lower. They sold at 5p, which at the time was well below the market price.

I was looking at this share for a while and I thought I missed the boat, until IMG decided to sell their stake in the company making it cheaper to buy.
