13/4/2016 18:02 | Henderson have reduced - the consideration shares have yet to be issued . | wh1spa
13/4/2016 17:18 | Hendersons stake change -If you look they haven't changed their holdings, they have only adjusted the % to allow for the shares issued on the Snowite purchase. | loobrush
13/4/2016 16:45 | Henderson couldn't resist dumping some of their 'gift' from IMG Bought 5% of the company for 6p a share , who can blame them for off loading a percentage or two for 20 odd % after a few days. Hopefully they will now sit on their remaining large position till they REALLY make a big profit S | sweenoid
12/4/2016 06:00 | Averaging down is called trying to catch a falling knife. | gary38
11/4/2016 15:51 | Wh1spa - Investec have a 32 t/p here. Still a long way from current levels , keeping everything crossed | cloudwars
11/4/2016 13:01 | Read Edison's note on 7digital (7DIG), out this morning, by visiting www.research-tree.co “7digital̵ | thomasthetank1
08/4/2016 13:51 | I haven't lost money, I have a paper loss which is of no significance to me My view when I buy stocks is always long term . I bought 100,000 PACE at 90p once , saw them go to 30p so bought a lot more , sold the lot eventually at £9 Bought IMG at 60p-100p a lot ! saw it go to 17p and bought 120000 more , sold most of that for £6-7 And there are more , I research my stocks , i am prepared to hold , but also to exit if things are clearly wrong. Everything I see here is positive, I can wait and I will profit significantly .....just might take a year or two or three ;-) S | sweenoid
08/4/2016 13:43 | 589 "I am delighted to ....average down" imho averaging up is better Averaging down shows you have lost money.....which then questions reasons/logic of initial share buy | smithie6
08/4/2016 11:19 | So do I :-) S | sweenoid
08/4/2016 09:13 | Finncap reiterated their 38 p price target - "We expect the indicated target price relative to the FT All Share Index to be achieved within 12 months of the date of this publication." | wh1spa
08/4/2016 08:07 | Good to get the acquisition away :-) The terms look perfectly acceptable to me , that put and call price at the end of the RNS looks very favourable S | sweenoid
06/4/2016 17:37 | you read it different to me the share price does not reflect the potential for this stock, with increasing recurring revenues and new license deals I believe no cash call will be needed Losing a major investor - IMG who held 10% of the company and were literally prepared to give away their holding, to finance their own difficulties and write off their loss in their current FY has been a big problem for the share price , at no fault of 7Digitals management, and with no long term repercussions for the company either. I am more than happy to have a big investment here and MY PARTY will come ...and I can wait for it :-) :-) Buy low , sell high, IMG have given investors an amazing opportunity to buy this stock at bargain price and I am delighted to have been able to average down, sticking >£6300 today in an ISA with no subsequent CGT to pay when I cash out is a good deal S | sweenoid
06/4/2016 14:41 | Without wishing to spoil your party too much...... didnt you say much the say 1-2 yrs ago when the price was 25p and the company had cash to fund development whereas now it doesnt ! | smithie6
06/4/2016 09:46 | Put 1/4 of this years ISA allowance for me and my wife in this stock this morning. It's the new ISA year starting today This is a beaten up, undervalued and under researched stock with massive growth potential , I am confident of an incredibly good return here given time and am happy to invest more now IMG are totally out. Streaming is THE way to go :-) we have the library, we have the infrastructure and I like the management especially Simon Cole and Pete Downton who I have met twice and am thrilled he is in a senior position at the company. What a bargain :-) S | sweenoid
01/4/2016 08:45 | Get over 10p away we go !! GLA | dickiebird2
01/4/2016 08:32 | Well that's good news shares in safe hands and hopefully away we go. | loobrush
01/4/2016 07:51 | So Henderson Group PLC are the lucky bunnies to have bought the entire 2nd tranch of IMG 's giveaway sale Good on them , what a bargain they got, not often you can buy 6.5% of a growing dynamic company and turn a 25% profit in a day ! S | sweenoid
31/3/2016 15:53 | What does profitable mean? Adjusted EBITDA, operating profit or operating cash inflow? I suspect "Adjusted EBITDA" is meant and that we're talking zero for December, not for the first 11 months. For the last 4 half years these have gone Adj LBITDA : 1.8, 1.3, 1.3, 0.8 Op Loss : 2.1, 2.3, 1.7, 1.5 Op Cash Outflow : 2.7, 3.6, 2.3, 2.4 The last row is the one that matters for fundraising, and it's some way adrift of the two above it. I'm coming round to Smithie's point of view on the amount needed. Shame because I wish them well and would like them to succeed. | rapier686
31/3/2016 12:50 | Rapier686 My view is that as stated they will be profitable, so I can't see them needing any more cash. What should be noted is that a director bought shares in january at 13.25 p Now the overhang of shares seems to be gone I would expect other directors may well buy or institutions. With appx 60 more possible deals in the pipeline as results stated-future to me looks very rosy especially as most of these will entail up front payments. | loobrush
31/3/2016 12:26 | @loobrush - does Simon say how much of that "big" company he expects to be owned by the current shareholders? | rapier686
31/3/2016 12:24 | I generally agree with your conclusion but think your sum pessimistic. Repeating 2015's cash outflow would leave them £2m short by the end of the year but the situation should be improving. If there's credibility to becoming profitable by the end of 2016 (which seems a tough target coming from here) then £1m should be a decent buffer and it's not impossible that they squeak by without a cash raise. I view Snowrite as a positive on the basis of what they've said. Which includes "Whilst under [Sauvegarde], Snowite has substantially reduced costs, and the existing management now expect Snowite to be profitable in 2016" suggesting that there may not be too much laying off still to come. | rapier686
31/3/2016 12:03 | SEE THIS FROM SIMON COLE Simon Cole says at the end how big he expects the company to be in a couple of years-and that is BIG! | loobrush
31/3/2016 10:08 | Rapier Yes you're right. No cash needed immediately for French acquisitn. But 1.3M pnds over time. 5 yrs with payment holiday in 2016 ? ..in receivership so they have no choice but to accept 7 DIG offer...unless any other offer arrives Anyway..only 1M turnover so does nothing for 7DIG in short term ( & imho nor in medium term. Turnover fell in 2015. 10 yrs operatn. Not going anywhere imo) 7DIG imho needs cash raise of at least 3M immediately imho. just to pay wages after end of April or May ---- There will be some cash costs due to acquisn. If French co. continues to operate then I assume 7DIG must pay any lay off costs. 1/2M ? | smithie6
31/3/2016 08:14 | Late reported trades from last night showing now look to me like IMG sold last of their holding - 6,810,527 at 6.0p, plus other trades which add up to pretty much the same amount. | iainbarclay |
