23/4/2015 08:14 | It does seem to be all good news at the moment! The sun's shining and things are looking good for C21. More to come from this company I think. | batham1
23/4/2015 08:13 | RNS good news. A new customer, they have a foot through the door of a large operator hopefully more to come. The news in 2015 has all been positive and I have C21 down firmly as a recovery stock in 2015/16. | vfast
21/4/2015 12:28 | Just Mello out :) | qut
21/4/2015 08:57 | No rush to buy this AM. Guess Mello was a tough sell. | waterloo01
20/4/2015 16:05 | Davidosh, if you have time is there any chance of given us an update from tonight's Mello event? | vfast
20/4/2015 10:54 | Please to see that C21 are putting forward an 'investor friendly' AGM next month at their Croydon HQ - I will be attending and last year was a good turn-out. | norbert colon
18/4/2015 13:04 | A take out is the great hope and trakm8 the prime acquirer, if Watkins has been selling, it would suggest this is less likely. The amount sold might be to do with the liquidity in C21 (ie not much). Interesting to hear the feedback from Mello. I remain out of this for the reasons posted months ago. | waterloo01
18/4/2015 11:36 | Bit of a strange sell by John Watkins, CEO of Trakm8, on 16th April. Why would he sell 126,400 shares to take his stake in C21 to below 4%?? Seems a pretty insignificant amount of shares for him to deal in. It's been mentioned C21 could be a target for Trakm8 - maybe John Watkins is sniffing around? | qut
12/4/2015 14:02 | There must be a possibility of a broker recommendation coming out, hopefully positive which may give the company a boost. | vfast
12/4/2015 12:51 | Not really a research note unless I am missing something at Investors Champion. Search function didn't bring anything up under the ticker either, am I missing something here? | fugwit
08/4/2015 23:20 | Just making sure you all know that C21 are presenting at our Mello dinner this month on Monday 20th if any of you would like to join us ? mellomeeting.com | davidosh
07/4/2015 14:40 | M1roda, you must have quite a few shares in C21, good luck hope it pays off for us both. | vfast
07/4/2015 14:37 | Gut. The two transactions 563,780 are buy and sell. Just putting more into my isa | m1roda
07/4/2015 13:44 | Wouldn't C21 be an acquisition target themselves with the cash pile that they have?? | qut
07/4/2015 08:15 | Excellent news, let hope this is the start of many and C21 turnaround. Should get a broker update! | vfast
07/4/2015 07:56 | Rail Contract Awards of £1.3m 21st Century Technology plc (AIM: C21), the specialist service provider of CCTV and monitoring systems to the fleet and network operators in the bus and rail industries, today announces that it has been awarded two extensions to its contract to supply advanced CCTV systems for one of the UK's leading rail franchises. The major extension is a £1.1m variation to contract for the supply and installation of in-carriage CCTV systems across their entire fleet. It is anticipated that the majority of the income from this project will accrue in the financial year ended 31 December 2015. This is the first in-carriage contract win in the rail industry for 21st Century following many years of developing similar solutions for buses and the contract is a validation of the Company's leading technology and service offering. | aishah
06/4/2015 17:25 | Interesting statement that they are looking to grow through acquisition. A Company that comes to my mind would be Petards (PEG) they have some good contracts in the same field as C21 with a market cap of 4.2 million, IMHO. | dealit
02/4/2015 18:40 | Interesting C21 made a loss for 2014 and yet the cash pile goes up! Cash position improved significantly to £2.7m (2013: £1.3m) | vfast
02/4/2015 13:17 | Dealer Dan, I suppose extending the existing contract is better than losing it which is what happened with previous management, so signs that things are moving in the right direction. | qut
02/4/2015 12:51 | Net cash inflow from ops increased from £602,000 to £1.3M. Cash at y/e of £2.6M against a market cap of £5M. They do say: "... at the same time as seeking acquisitions that will both broaden the customer base and extend the Company's technical capabilities." Cheap imo. Will be adding as and when I can. | aishah
02/4/2015 12:10 | Chairmans statement ends: 'although the Company secured all contracts as renewals came up, one large UK operator prefers to extend an existing contract rather than establish a new, long-term framework agreement' This concerns me greatly ?? | dealer dan
02/4/2015 07:47 | Could look a lot worse and a lot better . | waterloo01
29/3/2015 20:04 | Thanks M1roda. | vfast |
