19/8/2016 06:28 | Well at least the First contract is in the bag. They must have a good product, just need more possibles to turn into actual orders. Frustrating, but think one to hold for hopefully better times ahead? | batham1
19/8/2016 06:28 | Yuk. The vital contract renewal is also a framework agreement, and as such no actual orders, just preferred status, no doubt on worse terms to insure they get this far. Not sure the market will give them more money, so wouldn't surprise me to this taken private. | waterloo01
19/8/2016 06:13 | fund raising must be on the way. heavy losses predicated for the full year. | woodie3
10/8/2016 17:47 | Every thing very quiet here and the share price at an all time low since I've held the stock. Trying to look positively at the situation if there are any good order wins and the business appears to be pulling around there should be an signification uplift in the share price I'm still hopeful we will see positive progress. | vfast
01/7/2016 08:01 | I couldn't make the AGM in the end which was frustrating. I would welcome any feedback please from other investors and I see the presentation has been put on the website which is helpful. hxxp://www.21stplc.c | norbert colon
25/5/2016 13:45 | """ During due-diligence on the acquisition it was apparent that RSL Group had no formal stock control systems and inadequate controls on revenue recognition and cost accruals. Subsequent to the year end a warranty claim was agreed against the management accounts balance sheet warranty in the share purchase agreement reducing the price paid by GBP290k, which was satisfied by cancelling the loan note and the GBP90k balance in cash. """ | weatherman
25/5/2016 13:35 | This seemed like a positive outlook. With turnover much higher than mkt cap there must be some upside if they can get some decent margins out of it. | weatherman
25/5/2016 09:56 | After reading the outlook in the final report out today I now feel optimistic about the second half of the year. Hopefully the share price is bouncing along the bottom now and we see some significant order wins over the next 6/7 months. | vfast
21/5/2016 11:00 | Would greatly appreciate any relay of agm news on Friday. Thanks in anticipation. | dealer dan
17/5/2016 10:10 | 1 share traded! News on the way? | qut
12/5/2016 13:56 | Seems I got my wires crossed re: the AGM as I have just spoken to the company and a date had not been announced yet due to the recent acquisition and segmental reporting reqts etc. A date will be announced imminently. Apologies for any confusion caused! | norbert colon
07/5/2016 14:20 | A large group of us have the Vislink Agm in Hungerford in the morning....What time does the C21 meeting start ? | davidosh
06/5/2016 09:57 | AGM on 20th May in Croydon - I am hoping to attend - any others here attending? My main concern is the fact this is a crowded market and I just cannot see their competitive advantage. Lots to discuss at the AGM i'm sure. | norbert colon
05/5/2016 18:03 | Over a million shares traded over the last 2 days and most looked like sells. It's disappointing to see the share price at this level. We need to see the business progress in the second half either way I'm losing faith. | vfast
28/4/2016 22:17 | They bought shortly before the last RNS and added after it. Obviously, they saw the price fall as a good opportunity to top up | qut

28/4/2016 21:41 | You miss the point Dealit, the Bottomly's are private investors and can buy and sell shares at any time just like you and I. Just because they are major shareholders does not stop them dealing in the stock. Are you assuming they have inside information just because they are major shareholders? IMO they will have no more information than you or I, just what is in the public domain. | vfast
28/4/2016 11:02 | They're private investors | qut
28/4/2016 06:29 | Mr and Mrs Bottomly have increased their holding by 900,000. As I see it, if and when they post the results and the result are good i.e. the share price increases, the word insider dealing comes to mind IMHO. | dealit
28/4/2016 00:40 | Have they increased their holding?? | qut
25/4/2016 14:03 | They do have to show results a Trading statements are not results. What confuses me is, I thought they were in a closed period until the results are announced, so how are the owners allowed to increase there holding. | dealit
24/4/2016 14:53 | I thought y/e results should have been announced, not this vague RNS - any one advise ?? Thanks in anticipation | dealer dan
21/4/2016 10:56 | Yeah I think its solid im in for the long run | enforcer2
21/4/2016 09:23 | Assuming that the last RNS referred to delay rather than loss of business, then it shouldn't make much difference to long-term prospects | qut |
