20/5/2015 19:31 | There's a presentation on their website from today's AGM | stav13
20/5/2015 12:06 | Any news from the AGM today? | qut
06/5/2015 08:11 | I suppose it says something for C21 that they may have been a target for TrakM8 at some stage. Maybe C21's recent acquisition has made them less attractive as a takeover target as it has reduced their cash pile? | qut
06/5/2015 01:06 | Watkins would have paid around the same price when he bought shares in September 2013. So he doesn't appear to be profit taking. It may relate to TrakM8's recent acquisition which may now put C21 off his radar. | nod
05/5/2015 17:23 | Does make a trak8 takeover most unlikely. (Latest holding RNS) | waterloo01
30/4/2015 14:07 | Isn't that EcoManager? | qut
30/4/2015 12:23 | Is this something new? "Notes to editors", in the statement today. "deploying a novel passenger comfort-oriented driver behaviour system to Keolis throughout France". | vfast
30/4/2015 10:02 | The DoB's have a good track record and have but their own money into the company so I believe they would have done their homework before making the acquisition. I believe C21 could be one of the best preforming stocks over the next 24 months and pleased I added a few more at 5.25p yesterday. At first glance it looks like a very good fit and at a very good price, note net cash of £0.4 million and operating profit of £0.4 million so £1.3 million looks like a cheap purchase. "RSL Group comprises three separate companies under common control which in the year ended 30 June 2014 recorded unaudited consolidated sales of £4.0m, operating profit of £0.4m and had net assets of £0.4m" IMO DYOR | vfast
30/4/2015 08:39 | Yes, interesting move for them I just hope they have done their sums only time will tell, at least the share price is up today. | dealit
30/4/2015 07:11 | Interesting acquisition announced this morning: | hyperboreus
27/4/2015 00:13 | I don't think C21 will be a target for any company at this level because I believe the major shareholders will want considerable higher value. For me C21 is at the start of a recovery and the present market cap does not reflect the present value or any potential value looking forward and I would think that the major shareholders will not sell out on the cheap especially with the progress the new management have made. 12 to 24 months and I believe we could be looking at 20p plus. Just my opinion! | vfast
26/4/2015 20:52 | C21's cash pile of £2.7 million could add to their attraction as a takeover target | qut
26/4/2015 02:27 | Trakm8 could well bid for C21 if they want to expand into public transport with a broad suite of products. Trak's growth has been impressive whereas C21 seems to struggle to hold onto its customers. | nod
25/4/2015 11:59 | Looking at the C21 website, I didn't realise that Trakm8 supplies some of C21's telematics products | qut
23/4/2015 22:36 | Thanks Bill I'm Ok but still being harassed by the police who tried to frame me. Making money out of the stock market though. Had some success with NWT and OMG and expect more from both. Sold out of DSN for a big profit a few years ago and sold out of C21 for a smaller one a couple of years ago but still keep a close eye on both stocks. If DSN turn over that MOLO then I'm back in. | arthur_lame_stocks
23/4/2015 19:42 | Thanks Arthur. Its been hard recovering from the operation but hopefully all downhill now. I believe both stocks are looking good taken 12/24 months view. In London on the 10th of June for DSN AGM. Hope all is well with you? Bill. | vfast
23/4/2015 19:15 | Hi Bill Nice to see some better news out of a couple of your stocks of late. The DSN results weren't too shabby either. Hope you're well and good luck for the future. Arthur | arthur_lame_stocks
23/4/2015 17:43 | They have getting their feet through the door of a big operator and may have a fair chance of winning a big contract. Market cap of just £4.9 million and £2.7 million in the bank and it appears the business is recovering under the new management. | vfast
23/4/2015 14:11 | A bit strange on the face of it. Maybe if they hadn't issued the positive RNS then the price would have remained the same! Seemed like the MMs wanted to take the price up at the beginning with a slight tick up, no takers so price came down and attracted a few sellers. Unless there's bad news round the corner, or they're planning an acquisition, I wouldn't read too much into it | qut
23/4/2015 13:26 | Reasons a.The RNS smacks of desperation to out out something positive b.Sellers taking advantage of a little more liquidity c.RNS reminds holders they want to dump d.Randomness e.WTFDIK | zoolook
23/4/2015 12:15 | positive rns price down | woodie3
23/4/2015 11:04 | Interesting to see that Nobina don't just operate in Sweden, but in Finland, Norway and Denmark as well | qut
23/4/2015 08:16 | Ah, just beat me to it vfast....great minds think alike! | batham1 |
