No targeted ads across multiple social platforms using data insights to target new / emerging gamblers ?

Almost all of the traffic will be via Google

Hmm, but Google is just one route to the consumer.

If the market CAP is £20m the share price can hardly increase

It does not matter how smart XL media say they are everything relies on Google, if your sites get pushed down in Google then your traffic dies.So far our competitors have taken hit so I have a feeling XL media has as well.

Really don't know what make of this one. £31m market cap. Probably c£20m after sale proceeds, payment of deferred earn out & tax liabilities. Should have more clarity on Friday.

Shaun, grateful to hear more. Surely data and smart content is used to reach punters on multiple platforms that totally swerve Google.

Guys hate to rain on the parade but please check out articles relating to the most recent google update.Everyone is getting smashed, so niece a very horrible feeling that XL will be affected if it the case the update is not going to be pretty and it won't really matter how much they plan to return as this could drop right back down.

Don’t think we need a new ceo. As I see it the business will be sold out before they even hire a new CFO.

He has been with the company for about 18 months we can't have another new CEO

I think a lot will depend on clarity around cost base of ongoing business. I'd also question the logic of having a U.K. based ceo going forward.

Next Fridays update is key. It's really difficult to get a sense on the ongoing business at the moment. My guess is c 30m US annual revenues.

They managed to fix their eu assets then sold them at good price.
If they focus 100% on the USA and know-how to expand they could make good returns.
We still do not have a new CFO, if they do not hire in the next few weeks, then I can only assume the rest of the business is for sale.

Prior RNS claimed the US business represented 55% of expected revenues for FY23.

Half year results
"Europe Sports revenues are expected to grow year on year, following growth in H1 2023"
Sell it a few months later.

I'll be disappointed if this is still around in a few months...

Exactly my view. We should have greater clarity on the viability / strength of the remaining US business with the new accounts in a few weeks.
