The Company is pleased to announce that following the passing of the resolution to change the name of the Company at the General Meeting held on 25 May 2012, the Company's name has been changed to Kennedy Ventures plc. The Company will begin trading under its new name and ticker, KENV, with effect from 08:00 on 12 June 2012.
