27/7/2017 09:59 | not much of what giles clark said in the dec presentation has come to fruition...going backwards[?], maybe not, now talk of 30 tonnes per quarter whereas before it was 15000 tonnes of ore throughput for 15 tonnes per month concentrate ta2o5....i imagine the grading of the end product is much higher, so maybe oranges and apples. saying no jorc on the last day of q2 was the kick in the belly, imo. their get out clause is the jorc will cover a wider area. 'pleased', 'very pleased'....not at that level of discount. get drilling in august, share the results as they come through [like all the other li players], including the max grades, not 'at least' grade and the price will build...jorc december/q1 2018? i have a strategy in mind, will review dec/jan. gla | wrtmf
27/7/2017 09:41 | I was quite keen to buy these earlier in the year at 10-12p, but I don't have much trust in AIM companies. These are a lot cheaper now, but without some research they are another punt on their survival etcWill try a speculative buy later ... if I manage to find any useful/reliable info. | younasm
27/7/2017 08:43 | I think we will be fine, this will have been going on for 3 months so expected reallyThe II will want this back up for the September fund valuations. | a2584728
27/7/2017 08:27 | Yup, Sod PIs but there you go, next thing we will see is placing eaten up by management salaries I should think. Only a decent JORC and actual Hard profit figures from production can get this going more now Shame | qs99
27/7/2017 08:18 | They're "pleased" to announce a placing of 62,500,000 shares at 6p a share. LOL !!! | chopper harris1
27/7/2017 07:08 | Blimey, couldn't try and do this back in May when price was 12p, no let's wait and do it at half the price. And no figures provided at all on this either. Not massively impressed with this "new" management so far....views? Looks like floor now 6p and cannot see the share price moving for quite a while as no numbers to work out whether it is cheap or not! | qs99
26/7/2017 22:27 | If petrol / diesel based cars are to go by 2040 then will lithium in massive quantities be required to power these batteries? In which case if countries are heading or trying to head this way, will price of lithium not go ballistic? Roll on JORC... | qs99
22/7/2017 10:52 | kenv could state, at the conclusion of each of the following few months, what the throughput was of mined ore and how much concentrate it sold... ...that would give clarity to the situation... can it be bothered? edit - also report approx amount of unprocessed lithium ore tonnage stockpiled come on larry, be transparent, but within the rules of the agreement | wrtmf
21/7/2017 17:53 | qs - more down than up! | wrtmf
21/7/2017 09:32 | You got that right Underhill. All the pi's who panicked out the stock yesterday are saying so. Some are even saying 4p as the price rises!! | bad gateway
21/7/2017 09:27 | Very strong rumours of a placing at 7p. I won't be topping up until I know these rumours are rubbish otherwise I prefer to top up at 7p ! | underhill2
21/7/2017 09:15 | A multi-year agreement .... and still 5p below year high. Only on crazy AIM..... | andrbea
21/7/2017 08:52 | can't make its mind up can it! | qs99
20/7/2017 19:48 | Indeed, looks a bit like a placing and smells like a placing, disappointing if so as thought with new deals being signed and JORC coming up it would have enough cash and positive news flow to keep the share price up....let's see....shame management can't keep new investors at >10p where it has been pretty well most of 2017...... let's hope it is just a desperate "seller" rather than a placing... | qs99
20/7/2017 17:06 | It wasn't a bad RNS! Not Bad at all imo. | cloud9surfer
20/7/2017 17:06 | Looks like it is being walked down? Maybe rumour of placing at lower level, but oversold now imo. | cloud9surfer
20/7/2017 16:23 | wow that is some weakness after what appeared to be a decent rise! WTF comes to mind?! | qs99
20/7/2017 14:04 | Hopefully the weak have been weeded out now? | cloud9surfer
18/7/2017 12:47 | I'm also hearing that Larry is in the UK this week, so perhaps there will be an interview! | lorn4
18/7/2017 12:43 | no-one seems to have picked up the freudian slip in the RNS where Larry goes on to refer to the customer as a partner! Larry Johnson, CEO of Kennedy Ventures commented: "We are very pleased to have secured a global leading tantalum consumer as a long-term partner and look forward to working closely with them as we continue to optimise the plant and deliver into the Customer's demand which continues to exceed current state production. | lorn4
18/7/2017 10:10 | its as if at the beginning larry was obliged to continue quoting 15kt/m ore throughput when he took over, now he's bedded in, he's reluctant to confirm what full capacity is and how much higher the customer demand is that we are failing to meet, but will endeavour to provide... ...end of june reached full capacity, but no clarity on whether that meant 15kt/m ore throughput for 15t ta2o5 concentrate... | wrtmf
18/7/2017 09:51 | Thanks. I also am very surprised this hasn't taken off, hopefully starting to now? | frampton7
18/7/2017 09:41 | EIS is an enterprise investment scheme run by the Government for tax break purposes, because the scheme carries tax relief caveats. To get the tax benefit the investment (shares) have to be held for 3 years. In my experience, if the investment looks solid as KENV increasingly is looking, EIS holders do not sell, they stay under the EIS umbrella. I am surprised, given the number of shares in issue, that this did not motor on yesterday's news. There were no numbers attached, which may have made others cautious, but numbers were bandied around about a year to 18 months ago and I seem to recall the margin was around 40% with the original offtake partner. | ridicule |
