kenv needs to updates its website with vids of the new equipment and tapping of the new boreholes if successful.

use twitter more effectively. lets see the coring rig when it arrives like emh.

larry could present an onsite tour vid, a walk through along the production line from rock to ta2o5 dust/powder.

True, the top would be nearer 25p but it will be at a double top at 15p and many will bail there.

Some of my friends are buying this.
I recommended it when it was 10p and some bought in then and sold at 15p (unlike stupid me). They are now piling in again.

My general rules (relevant to averaging down)

Buy stocks where you can explain the business and why they are undervalued.
Buy enough in your initial position size to make you borderline uncomfortable
Keep your initial position size at least the same for all stocks, if your not willing to invest that amount, don't invest.
No averaging down until your at least 20% underwater (20% should be a material amount for you to lose).
Only average down for half a position.
Never average down in a down trend.
Never average down if you also consider selling as an option (amazing the confusion being in a losing position can cause).
Before averaging down discover the point of view that leads to the current valuation. If you can't, don't average down.
Three shots and your done.
Never ever, ever average down because your valuation is now less than your entry price.
Sell if the story changes... profit or loss is irrelevant if you can't justify the current price.

Finally I tend to avoid story stocks... they can't be valued and so throw out a lot of the rules above. I certainly wouldn't average down on a story stock.

And then of course I make exceptions, but generally I find the above good rules to live by.

Feel free to adopt, change, ignore as you see fit, this is just what works for me.

Funnily enough a lot of these lessons were learned in Amerisur.

I'm also in AMER and averaging down there has appeared to have worked as I'm now not too far off break-even. But AMER is certainly in a different league to KENV, hence my question to those who may have a better feel for KENV than me.

Al101kGreat post and very true.Look at Ironveld - Another GC company where we have lots of potential but still the finance has yet to be sorted. I have a holding in both companies but both investments are very speculative and both may come to nothing.
