14/2/2018 08:52 | Nice to see it moving back towards placing price. This is as cheap as chips given the infrastructure/upgra | cloud9surfer
14/2/2018 08:37 | This could be taken out down here | a2584728
12/2/2018 08:53 | I meant resurected.... but the spell checker took over and on the app I can't seem to edit a post .... | livewireplus
12/2/2018 08:51 | Praise be .... it is redirected.... and presently unchanged in share price .... | livewireplus
09/2/2018 13:55 | Poor communication is the name of the game for all companies associated with Giles Clarke. He does not seem to care about the small private investors. I have just a small holding here as I do have doubts whether this will be a profitable venture. The lack of info on possible future revenues worries me | underhill2
09/2/2018 13:02 | Four shipments already made, probably three of 5T each in H1 and one in Q3, but no hint of price achieved - other than that the quality has been raised to much above the average of the global supply and, reading between the lines of previous RNS, was probably the deciding factor in the contract by the first buyer - not a middle man but a major manufacturing user of tantalum, needing reliability, and consistency of material. This type of material would seem to fetch $120/lb for the Ta2O5 more than double the price of two years ago. The demand and supply of electronic equipment, particularly capacitors is outstripping the supply of essential Ta. A shortfall is looming. I hope we don't have to wait for another six months before we get meaningful Revenues and Costs of Sales in the H1 report due normally in March/April. It's not as though the accounting would be onerous - with so little transacting for a single product, effectively on a re-start up of new business, but I already feel that this will prove to be a valuable mining business, with good operations management, That cannot be deduced from the poor communication with shareholders. | scrutable
09/2/2018 08:12 | Next set of results will revei all | pranchalee
09/2/2018 08:05 | Yawn.. Back to sleep. Nothing of great interest operationally, just more bull caca, apart from maybe it will be released from suspension. | apfindley
09/2/2018 07:42 | I'm not impressed either. No mention whatsoever about future Revenue streams from their world class asset. When this returns from suspension I can see this trading well below the 4p level. I'm glad I did not add further prior to suspension. Just like Ironveld RNS ,s very little substance in monetary terms. Disappointing | underhill2
09/2/2018 07:39 | Agreed Ridicule. So much much repeated verbiage and yet so much unsaid. | chrysalis99
09/2/2018 07:31 | Nothing on shipment revenue levels and future cash flow. No mention of Lithium exploration. The only item addressed in outlook is a name change. Not at all impressed. | ridicule
09/2/2018 07:12 | 3 RNS's this morning. Will digest at leisure. Looks like will be back in play soon for dealing .... | livewireplus
06/2/2018 08:25 | Dont hold your breath. With Giles Clarke companies you just never know. Even Amerisur has perfoemed very poorly and is a long way off its high of 60p a few years ago. | underhill2
06/2/2018 08:19 | Glad KENV isn't trading during this global sell off period. Hopefully they will be trading as soon as it calms down | sabzahmed
22/1/2018 22:44 | "Outside their control" since the auditing accountants are BDO who are entirely independent of Kennedy. It is BDO who have not delivered, not Kennedy. | horneblower
22/1/2018 22:41 | Not quite sure why he said it was outside of their control ..... but at least we have an estimated schedule to unsuspend .... Will be somewhat later than anticipated.... hope we don:t get timeline creep. Good morning | livewireplus
22/1/2018 13:06 | Larry Johnson, CEO of Kennedy Ventures, commented: "Despite the frustration of the suspension, something that was outside of our control and which we are doing everything we can to bring to a quick conclusion, business at the mine continues to operate as normal and we look forward to providing a detailed operational update to shareholders in due course. The board of directors continue to look to the future with confidence." -- 'Further to the announcement on 21 December 2017, the Company can confirm that BDO, the auditors to Kennedy's Namibian subsidiary companies, have now largely completed their audit work and have confirmed to the Company that they will be in a position to provide audit sign off to the group auditors no later than 26 February 2018. Following receipt of BDO's audit sign off for the subsidiary accounts, the group auditors will require approximately two weeks to complete their audit work. Upon completion of the audit work the Company will publish their audited group accounts without delay.' | wrtmf
14/1/2018 23:00 | There results being late !!!Is it anything to do with SMA Another of Giles Clarke's companies being de listed on 21st if they don't do a RTO ?? | georgia103
10/1/2018 16:18 | Someone should be fired. Hey have clearly found something amiss | a2584728
08/1/2018 08:26 | Shambolic from an accounting pov. One can imagine that getting skilled accountants may be challenging in Namibia. Hopefully this does not reflect what's occurin' at the mine! I would imagine we may have to wait another month or two for a detailed report and accounts. Nothing to be done but wait it out. | horneblower
07/1/2018 23:55 | The Accountants do not get back until 8 January and there was no indication as to how far they have got. The accountants should have been on the ball knowing the company reporting date and not let this situation arise. I wouldn't bank on next week | ridicule
05/1/2018 11:00 | Will they be trading again from next week? | sabzahmed
03/1/2018 18:45 | qs i think you're being a bit unfair. as far as we know larry is working his socks off at the mine, what about the other guys on the board taking a nice salary - don't let them off the hook?! | wrtmf
28/12/2017 14:22 | Typical - normally a little santa rally and these lot suspend | tommygriff |
