22/11/2021 12:05 | Just got a "Dear John" letter from the Brokers. It appears to be a case of "so long and thanks for all the fish". Bit of disaster this hoary old investment. Anyone else still here or looking in occasionally? Good luck in your other investments and Merry Xmas to us all. | algernon2
16/9/2021 12:01 | Has anyone received any payment as yet in respect of the shares they hold, after the merger with the Hong Kong company?? | maloneyt
06/2/2021 14:36 | WB...never heard of them.....but looks the same as WTS! | devil20
05/2/2021 18:09 | WB...it's all over for WTS. Best light your fire with cert! | devil20
05/2/2021 17:36 | I haven't read the thread so excuse what might be a stupid question, I have an old share certificate with 1,250 shares total, is there anyway I'm going to get anything back from this investment? Any advice or guidance as to what to do with them much appreciated - thanks. | wild bill
16/5/2020 13:24 | I dont think I will get a bean, as I hold 500 shares which would only be worth £13.25 which is less than £20, in which case it will not be paid out to me and will be passed on to charity. Thats £6300 GONE.....Well done the magnificent Board of WTS. They really have done a fantastic job !!! | maloneyt
15/5/2020 15:09 | Thanks Maloney...£26.50...r | devil20
15/5/2020 09:01 | So are you guys going for it? Looks like my 1000 are worth about about 2-3p! I shan't bother. | devil20
14/5/2020 22:36 | Well spotted fireplace22. after all those years, twelve of which the shares were suspended from trading. They pulled a fast one, which no one could do anything about !! First they delist the shares, and now shareholders either gift the shares to charity or they will sell them on your behalf at will. Off course having been delisted, they are not covered by the UK code or company laws. That's the AIM market all over. companies delist the share, go into administration, or consolidate the shares, where shareholders end up with much less shares, allowing the price of the newly consolidated shares to fall below pr-consolidation price, and the shareholder in most cases ends up with nothing, and unable to do anything about it as he is the last one to know, without any come back. One can describe that as a rip off merchants market !!!! One can describe it in many other words, but what's the point ?? | maloneyt
11/5/2020 12:37 | Not too sure I can get my head around that immediately! Anyone care to clarify a bit? I have 1000 shares. | devil20
20/2/2020 15:10 | OMG Waited TWENTY TWO YEARS, and hoping, only for them to delist the shares. So what happens now, do we get any of our money back ?? This AIM market seems to be nothing but a rip off market. First Koovs, and now this!!!! This is ridiculous and must not be allowed. This market must be closed down. It seems to be a market for ripping people off !!!! Should have left well alone. How can they say its for the benefit of shareholders??? | maloneyt
20/2/2020 13:18 | Like yourself still got a few from yonks ago! Basically I'd written them off long ago. Still a PLC they say? And they'll keep us informed. Let's not hold our breath. I thought they were getting things moving. Doesn't look good. | devil20
20/2/2020 12:49 | Cancellation of listing without any reference to shareholders! (RNS). Not the most comforting news. Anyone still here with an interest in the shares apart from myself? | algernon2
23/7/2019 18:34 | My guess is they meant other MAJOR shareholders. Clear as MUD!! | devil20
23/7/2019 17:55 | "The Company had been in discussions only with Suzhou Weibao Co Ltd and has not been able to get an agreement on the sale of shares. The Company has also not been able to arrive at any understanding with the other shareholders of WTS." Not sure what all that from the RNS means as no one has bothered to approach me about my WTS shares at all. Anyone else got any thoughts or input?! | algernon2
05/3/2019 22:42 | oh no, back to square one again. another long wait and another application to LSE for listing. I wonder how long thats going to take FGS !!!!! so there are 10000 shareholders of WTS. | maloneyt
04/3/2019 19:35 | Looks like they are using/going to use 'blockchains' which is basically what Bitcoin is based on..to raise money. Don't know much about all that crypto malarkey myself tho! Next move is to de-list, sort it all out then re-list. Let's not hold our breath! | devil20
04/3/2019 18:54 | Blimey what does all that mean then? | algernon2
21/12/2018 13:48 | Lets hope so dev. AS I said before lets hope it will be before the world ends !!!!!! | maloneyt |
