I think some of the shareholders may well get their money back.. @ 21p eps.. i think the share price will probably need significant adjusting when this comes back onto the market.. saffy..

All seems to be good news. nearly £2m in profit for the first six months of this year. very encouraging. lets hope the Twenty year wait will be worth it.

At least we may get some of our money back. Its not bad though with only 8.75 million shares in issue.

clearly as a NED, there is no room for him in the newly formed company. saves a few pounds.

Just read the Final report, quite amazing how WTS has gone from nothing to 8m+ turnover in a few months, quite clearly there has been a lot going on in the background for quite a long time with 60 employees and 200 distributors signed up. I really think those guys that have kept this company alive for 10 years have had this strategy all along. When you think of the population in China just imagine the numbers of customers 200 distributors could reach and the pharma industry is massive. Found my old WTS share certs and will re. register with my broker when they list which i think will be very soon.

At last some good news, as they say after 10 years. They had a revenue of £8.69m with a profit of almost £1m, with a reduced debt to £407k. Thats more like it. Lets hope the very long wait has been worth it ??? Still no relisting yet.

I hope the Chinese connection will be ok unlike most of them. TW hates that type of connection and has caused them to suffer.

Lost a massive amount in 55 companies due to that broker talking me out of selling. It has not put me off though. Better now that I can use ISA for AIM shares. I should have gone to another broker. The sad point was that if it could have been done online in those days I would have pushed the buttons and sold at huge profits. Hoodless Brenan was another boiler room type of broker that I lost on.

I had more reasons to go for it. Called brokers that had got me to buy the various shares on the 17th March 2000 to liquidate everything. I allowed myself to be talked out of doing it by them. The rest is history.

Its so long ago can`t really remember, or find much of the paper work, and can`t really be bothered, and I think its my fault for taking the gambles on such stocks anyway.I have still got a share cert. for 1 World Trade Systems PLC share that I ended up with from the Tamaris days that I think cost me just over £1000.That was I think a tip in the Sunday Telegraph. They sent me the latest report and financial statements a few days ago which is why I revisited this b.b. It must be costing them far more than my share is worth to do this.Had several over the years.

Yes, it took a long time and that is normal, 6 months plus but well worth it. Can be done without help if you do not mind the paperwork and have all the original documents.
