Lots of Thomas cook shareholders were die hard investors with blinkers on .Hopefully this one is not going the same way !Has any one done a spread sheet on disposals last three years ? To net debt ? |

She told me that it's usually 4-6 months after a new CEO joins that they give their strategy update. During their results, Adolfo spent some time talking about the expected key components of the strategy going forward and that more details will follow on 13th June. So that's a real key date to look forward to :) |

Also be great to get new CEO's first impressions and next steps especially opportunities automation and AI wise.This has been suppressed for so long it is untrue. Feel this is ready to explode like Rolls Royce and as other stocks have eventually done. Maybe, this will now be Capita's turn.I'm looking for initially 2 to 3 bagger at these prices, and mid to long term a 5 bagger plus!What I do know from Capita's investor relations is that they do understand that now the company needs to really focus very much on delivering shareholder value.I understand after the results have been announced over the coming months there will be investor days promoting the company. You need to be able to have the foundations in place to be able to do that so see this as good news.Time will tell, if our long, long wait has finally been rewarded or we will here more jam tomorrow. |

"The close period (or closed period) is the time between the completion of a listed company's financial results and the announcing of these results to the public. The close period is typically regarded as the one-month period preceding the release of a company's quarterly results, and the two-month period before the release of its annual results." |

I understand your frustration with the share price performance. The Board and management team remain completely focussed in terms of delivering their strategic priorities which are to accelerate revenue growth, improve profitability (underpinned by the £40m cost out programme by end of 2024) and therefor drive sustainable free cash flow. We continue to finalise our last material disposal and ofcourse have a new CEO due to join by the end of the year per the earlier announcement.
