Over 100p (August placing price) again. I'm interested to see how far the MIDAS tip can take it given the normal low volume. MIDAS used to have quite a big following, I think, although you wouldn't know it from the lack of reaction here and on the London South East board.

I guess they want the share price up so they can raise and dilute everyone again with another purchase, and Mark Browning can add to his huge pay packet,with bonuses etc. on the basis that the company are laying the foundations for the future but I expect rather than provide jam and cream all that will one day be left is stale old crumbs.

When I scanned through the accounts you would have thought MB was proud of the loss and the fact that there was an issue of new equity to offset the huge loss.

No wonder the shares are sliding.

"Total equity has increased from £3.7m to £7.0m as the issue of new equity more than offset the loss in the year."

"Loss before tax of £3.3m (FY21: £2.6m)"

Then you can make up all sorts of reasons for the loss but a big chunk of that is his own drawings.

Below the consolidation figure of years ago, when he said it would all change under his leadership I seem to recall - well he certainly must live well, on over £4000k a year.

Mark Browning still milking it I see , drawings £459,000.00 with bonus and pension etc while the company still still making huge losses in total.

What a load of bull, the way the accounts are presented to make them look far better that the true underlying position really is.

How much has Mark milked from the company since he started to run the show?

The debt being pushed out further before the day of reckoning.

Results look good to me. Good to see adj EBITDA profitability (just) for the whole year, after a relatively strong performance in 2H. Good also to see the strong start in revenue bookings for 2023 and the increase in cash between the end of 2022 and April.

Big jump in receivables I note, attributed largely to The Edge.

Lifestyle company - bar an increase in the share price due to positive RNS - do you think investors will ever get dividends or a fair slice of the pie?

Still I guess it is getting back to the price when the share was consolidated some years ago now. So that is one positive but until we see how well rewarded the directors are nobody will know for sure who is getting most of the pie.

What do you think the CEO's package will be?
