By not answering the question you have proven to me and everyone that you have been caught for lying on the FLX forum.

You probably have been lying to other investors all your trading life so you can benefit yourself.

What a low life con merchant you have been and still are.

You silly muppet answer the question why were trying to scare share holders on FLX forum about 100 for 1 share consolidation when you're very happy about ZIN that has done a 500 to 1 consolidation?

Answer the question and i will not bother you again BUT do not lie.

Z you clearly have not researched the threads over the years or for that matter done more research before buying 2500 at 83p, other than because of my positive comment about the strong trading statement.

clock the trolldog is a lying con merchant.

You stupid muppet according to you 500 for 1 consolidation is better than 100 for 1.

You should be ashamed of yourself for posting such lies on the FLX forum to scare the share holders.

I don't even know why you're bothering to post here your reputation is non existent now.Everyone knows you're a liar.

Toffeeman I note your comments about the programs but what concerns me more is they said how well The Edge was trading and as the share price has dropped from the raised funds at £1.00 the company says they have a choice how they pay the outstanding amount - Cash or loan note or shares.

Now if they issue a lot more shares to them at the same sort of discount to what the share price was when they raised, that could be a fair number of shares in free float again, and I suspect it would drag the share price down again, as has occurred since the business was purchased.

It will be interesting to see if which choice or route they take to settle the part of the amount that will be due in June 2023.

You should be for posting lies on FLX forum about their 100 for 1 consolidation when clearly you are very happy about ZIN doing a 500 for 1 consolidation.

Yump, “institutionalised “ is an interesting word when it comes to Z.s metal state of mind.

I think the jury is out on that one but I guess madnesses has often been associated with genius. The thing is defining one or the other, and I will leave that to his disciples to decide and be judged by the outcome of this adventure into the world of AI and bots. I think anyone one that would consider themselves to have a well balanced mind and lifestyle would be able to judge for themselves from all the posts the troll makes as it follows me around like a lost dog, even buying into a small cap AIM company that I have followed for many years after I made a positive post on the thread I started some time ago, while clearly thinking it must be a wise thing to do based on some of my comments one can assume. I am pleased to be able to tell you that Z’s stated investment is already fractionally in profit should it have exercised that option before close of business yesterday.

On the other hand if you are using the word in the manner I perceived you too, then that is also a possibility, as I never rule out any form of financial instruments or tool that maybe applied by the very wealthy businesses or individuals, as many are willing to use any means to try to achieve an objective outcome they are seeking at any given time.

I don't get the vitriol.

I just don't understand why they are saying a three programme commission is for 2023 when it's alreadt produced and ready to air - is it a strategy of costs in one year and revenue in the next to boost profits?

Toffeeman, I was just reviewing the consolidation situation done in 2020 (which you will remember well), which worked out at around 90p a share, so still a little way for those that continued to hold them, when they could have exited at a profit when it touched a figure of around £1.20 for a brief time.

Of course since that time other funding took place and as stated. The Edge was purchased and funds raised at £1.00. In light that they state The Edge is doing so well, I guess the payments due to them, when they become due will be at the top end of any agreement that was made. So I expect they will need to have another raise to settle the cash consideration part of the deal, and as the shares are still well away from £1.00 will no doubt be doing everything in their power to get the share price up, so they can get another pile of cash to meet this requirement.

What is likely to give this the boost Toffeemen, is if I recall correctly, is that The Edge are one of the few firms given a licence to film in Qatar at present.

However, the shares are still some way off the funding level of £1.00 and there could still be a lot more shares issued and the company may have to make further payments as set out below from the RNS at the time. £3.875million is still a lot of funds they may have to find in shares and cash or loan notes.

So although they are forecasting profits, which I assume are just trading profits, and are I assume unlikely to lead to a true profit at the year end.

So you take your pick as to how far this will go even if they announce some contracts following the World Cup.

"Zinc Media Group plc (AIM: ZIN), an award-winning television, brand and audio production Group ("Zinc" or the "Company", together with its subsidiary undertakings, the "Group") today announces that it has conditionally agreed to acquire the entire issued and to be issued share capital of The Edge Picture Co Limited ("The Edge"), for an initial consideration of GBP2.1 million (the "Acquisition").

The consideration comprises initial consideration of GBP1.56 million in cash and GBP0.54 million to be satisfied by the issue of 540,000 new ordinary shares of 0.125 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the capital of Zinc (the "Initial Consideration Shares") at a price of 100 pence per Initial Consideration Share to the Sellers on Completion (the "Initial Consideration") and additional consideration of up to a further GBP3.875 million (the "Additional Consideration"), which will be satisfied in part by: (i) cash and (ii) a combination of cash, the issue of new Ordinary Shares and/or the issue of loan notes in Zinc (in each case at Zinc's sole discretion) contingent on the trading performance of The Edge over each of the 12 month periods ending 30 June 2023, 30 June 2024 and 30 June 2025."

Fundraise Highlights
"
-- Placing to raise approximately GBP5.0 million (before expenses) through the issue of 5,000,000 new Ordinary Shares at 100 pence per new Ordinary Share.

-- Retail Offer to raise up to GBP0.25 million (before expenses) through the issue of up to 250,000 new Ordinary Shares at 100 pence per new Ordinary Share.

-- The Issue Price represents a discount of approximately 7.0 per cent. to the closing middle market price of 107.50 pence per Ordinary Share on 2 August 2022, being the latest practicable date prior to the publication of this Announcement."

A decent trading update this morning has tempted me buy 2500 shares on the opening at 83p.I was very surprised that MM's did not increase the offer at the open.

Maximum at the open to buy was only 2500 after that it was NT.

I'm sure clock the awful smelling troll will keep me entertained.

Well that’s a really strong TU and turning profitable in H2 will finally bring rewards to those that suffered so much dilution for so many years, as I assume the share price will recover now.

Let’s hope that they don’t start creaming off even larger salaries and bonuses as they have done in the past.
