I see novacyt are subject to euronext rules. Where yearly results have to be wuthin four months of the year end.
As mentioned numerous times ares are nearly useless because of the rapid growth. I think the changes made this week will allow zed to change its practice. Its cost the company dearly recently.

They should never have used the word awesome amount of news. This is like eatching paint dry. Zenova paint. 24 hours between coats.

Mazw.systems. INDIA. Up and running. 5 starts and 2 comments. Ecozenova. They have zenova and ecobuild to distribute. Permissions from chile and other south american markets. We have to watch how this develops.. zenova continues to grow whilst the stupidity of fundraising on the aim market runs its course.

900k of sells. Loads have been shifted. But. If they had sold into strength around the 2 pence mark.. then news would have ckeared them. This taking of losses is crazy in the extrems. It forces losses onto everyone.

Production of panels moves a step closer. Its at durres in akbania, a deep water port. The facility is not up and running yet.
But if this is the paint contract thus coukd be the reason why.
But why so long for the extiguishers.

Ecob..ecozenova is a partner? Or distributer. One of the panel requirements passed today was fire resistance. Hello! Az.international (eco.buildings) and zenova products.
Anyway. This ecob news today should open the door for ecob and ecozenova. Is it a coincidence that we have just signed az.international for central and south america. Todays certificate grant reaches into other south american countries.⁷

Some of this has been hinted at by reference to countries. But zenova always uses the name A-Z.International and not ecozenova. Visit ecozenova.com and check out what there is on their website.
Zed has said that they cannot issue an rns until contracts are exchanged. So if you want to see whats happening! Visit the ecozenova.com site and check out ecob for todays rns.
Ecozenova is a private company and not subject to aim protocols.

News out from eco.buildings. ECOB. Ecozenova have two distributions. Zenova and ecob. Will the panels require zed paints for the green credentials. These are the developments i have mentioned. They are also the reason for the movement of some staff between the two companies.
Chile and albania have been mentioned by zed recently. Albania is where the panels are being manufactured. There is also buildings for kosova. I think the total orders are 114m over 3 years.more may follow if the facility is up and running.

very very very wrong again. There is no 'normal process', and an auditor can be replaced at any time without any resolution/voting requirement. The only caveat is the one I have already mentioned: that if there is anything negative from the auditor's side, then that often must be disclosed. You are a deeply dishonest misinformation agent who would be best advised to stop writing and start reading.

The normal process is for a prospective change of auditor to be addressed by a resolution and vote at the AGM and not imposed unilaterally many months after a year-end.

wrong again. The rules on this are quite clear: if there was any NEGATIVE reason for the change, e.g., the auditor resigned with prejudice, then THAT must be disclosed. Otherwise, these advisor changes RNSs need be dry as dust.
