ZENITH ENERGY (O&G) LTD. (Company No 11077521)

He's the secretary.

Plans for something in the UK possibly?

From the earlier operational update rns..

Zenith expects the estimated completion time of this study to be delayed by the upcoming holiday season in the United Kingdom and Azerbaijan, and to have fully completed the workover of well Z-28 by the end of January 2018.

The Company's operational team is highly committed to completing the Z-28 high-impact workover successfully and without incident. The risk of compromising the integrity of the wellhead by running the CTU to TD, specifically with the leaks from the casing on the wellhead observed, has been determined to be an imprudent risk that may have endangered the success of the Z-28 workover and resulted in a blowout.

The Company will provide an update when the wellhead leaks are fully sealed and the CTU has subsequently been mobilised and run in the hole.

based on that, they know there is pressure there, with oil and do not want to risk a blowout. With completion scheduled for end jan, we should get an update, once the CT unit is running in the hole. Could be any day, maybe a tweet!

One thing for sure is that this share price has strength...if it was AIM...with the failure of 195 and 28 this could easily have hit pennies.Good strength indeed, also taking into consideration the amount of dilutive options that have been triggered in months.

No ravin, AC will not have been short. He will have been issued with the shares, however, I suspect that the paperwork admitting them to trading on the exchange wasn't filed correctly.

Sea7, if available did use his own shares at the time...then it makes it worse...AC didn't realise he was 2m short?! Not a great sign for a CEO.I am still waiting for an RNS of the 'alleged' leaked infortion at a shareholder meeting that the ESP programme is delayed (3-12 delivered)

Btw...they may have only just realised due to admin Europe 2m shares were not placed on exchange...The old rns also stated..." Transfer of SharesMr. Cattaneo has also advised the Company that he intends to transfer 1,968,500 common shares in the capital of the company to certain financial advisers for services rendered to Mr. Cattaneo."So basically AC also forgot to pay his financial advisors and his advisor also forgot to remember that they should have been paid in shares.Pretty odd...as thereafter AC buy a spread bet, so not holding the underlying.Could you imagine if the CEO of BP, rather than buying shares took spreadbets on bp LOLGla anyway

Granny boy...you beat me to it. If AC was soo 'connected' he's timed them all wrong. And any other buys have been after bad results.Ralph, take your point he is not a director. I do hope he has bought though.Coscos...this company has been trading for nearly 11 months...so who are you calling investors and traders in this time period. Very short time period lolCoscos if you are such a long term holder why post on these bb suddenly posting defensive comments?Desperate for a profit are we?We've been here since the beginning and I've even cashed profit mid year.Gl anyway and we all want the same result!

The years not over yet..unless you are talking about 2016?..and they offered so much promise but never delivered on any of their major workovers..and it will be into Feb at least before they come back with an update on z28...

grannyboy, if you don't believe ZEN will deliver, then what are you doing here? Personally, I'm very encouraged by recent developments and the direction the company is taking. Far more professional than same time last year.

Yes I've noticed most of these LTH's such as coscos prefer the share price at the lowest possible price, for as long as possible if not forever for some reason..unless its because they believe in the fairytale of jam tomorrow and don't want the story to end.. which is a common theme in these.

Mr. Michael Palmer, an American national, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington and is also a graduate of Columbia University's Senior Executive Management Program.

Mr. Palmer has 37 years of experience in the oil industry as head of production operations, exploration and field development in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Syria, Indonesia, Gabon, Guinea, and the US.

One of Mr. Palmer's most important achievements has been the successful management of operations at an onshore oilfield in Azerbaijan operated by an international oil production company. Under Mr. Palmer's management of this field, operations were economically successful and production increased from approximately 1,500 barrels of oil per day to 7,500 barrels of oil per day. Following this success the asset was sold and Mr. Palmer left his position.

It's quite obvious who the traders in ZEN are and who the investors are.
Whether the shares are 7p or 10p makes little difference to me as I'll still be a holder at multiples of those prices.
