Zenith's operational team is currently mobilising a workover rig to the wellsite to begin the high-impact workover of well Z-21 without delay.


The average wellhead pressure recorded has increased from 3675 psi, announced by the Company on November 20, 2017, to a current average shut-in tubing and shut-in annulus pressure reading of 4115 psi.

Cattaneo took up his options then promptly paid his 'financial advisers'..at what price he gave these shares at to his financial advisers we don't know, but cattaneo got them for less than 6p..

And cattaneo bought shares prior to the disastrous M195 result and the Z28 delays so saying that cattaneo knows how a well will turn out is a fallacy, and I don't know why all the optimism since the last RNs informing the market that they found leaks, and there would be a delay in completing z28!!

AC has been really active buying shares lately and that, in my book, is a good sign for all shareholders. He's not buying because he's good at reading tea leaves in the bottom of a cup, he's buying because of the information he has acquired.

ravin, are you for real? I think you'll find AC is a little more connected to the company than either you or me are. It's like saying Abramovich isn't a footballer so doesn't know what goes on at Chelsea.

Mike Palmer is not a director, he would not have to disclose whether or not he bought shares in the company

Coscos...at what point did I not state facts in my post?It's true not a single workover is complete (large scale)It's true AC is not an oil man, so him buying shares is as good as me buying shares.It's true that mike palmer needs to buy shares to create optimism.You can ramp or deramp...facts are facts.I hope z-21 z-28 succeed but we are not getting any news on these until prob February March...

ravin....you are a pessimist, I am an optimist and am quietly confident in both Z-28 & especially Z-21 which if successful could unlock 10x the potential for this company.

Coscos...still early days as not a single workover complete.AC is not an oil man so it doesn't help. AC buying shares is as good as the uk public investing a large amount.If mike palmer bought shares then we are talking success

I think you'll find AC's shareholding in ZEN has increased substantially over the past few months, in various forms.Lots of potential here, reckon they already have a game changer well in their hands.

Sea that is the most important thing...5.9p dilution ouch...though its not a lot of shares!I've never seen that before...shouldn't the LSE be doing audit/vice versa?!

agree , only difference I see is that AC will now officially own them and thus be able to sell them if he wanted!

the number of shares in issue hasn't changed, as they have already communicated the new number in an earlier rns, which includes these shares. The number of shares shown as in issue hasn't changed since the rns on the 18th December.

The price they were issued at was 5.9p.

The rns's were issued, the new number of shares were communicated, yet it would appear that the paperwork was not filed and they were not admitted to trading, albeit still held by Andrea after exercising them.

At least that is how I see it.

Higher than average volume today (>2m).

Lots of £10k - £15k trades.

I suspect this was premeditated buying during a quiet spell in the markets.
