I agree dcr.If they would of made any deal they would of had to announce it on the day and not necessarily the agm.If they get a deal with Russia or USA,these will be 50p+.Disappointing though.

Well,today's the day guys when we hear what direction we are taking.I would of thought as a shell company alone we would be worth around the 20 million mark,when you think about as the tax write-off's,cash in the bank and IP.
I just hope that SC has managed to pull a rabbit out of the hat.

JB...just turn up...they won't ask for proof of shares etc. Can you find out when orders are likely and what the management are doing with the (still high) overheads until the orders do materialise.

Also what price would they consider for a reversal (assuming the FCL business is closed down)....10p seems a low figure with £4m in cash and £15m of tax losses. Good luck and thanks a lot.

DD, still here...but getting bored. Regarding an announcement on becoming a shell....the shares might come off initially. But anyone reversing in should also pay a premium to cash for the tax losses. All a bit up in the air, rather like the orders. To be honest any news (orders or becoming a shell) would be good news! At least it'll put us out of our misery!! Can someone report back from the AGM please?
