If the chart plays out like in the header then we could see 18p soon!

I bought 200k shares around an hour ago. I had to pay over the offer.

ZEN is currently capped at cash so is a free bet on as few orders imo. If they get them then we could see 20-30p quite easily...and quickly.

'A rising share price generates optimism dcroston.'

I wouldn't disagree with you mudbath, the share price is dissappointing but its not dampened my optimism and it doesnt change my opinion.

A rising share price generates optimism dcroston.
We have the reverse scenario in effect presently.
Quietly confident and very hopeful is where I stand.

It feels like the optimism is a little low on this board right now and yet I feel entirely different.

The company have come such along way in the last 12 months (even though the share price doesn't reflect it). This company now has leadership and focus, and a product that has the potential to grab a slice of a very large market though it still has to turn this potential into sales.

One sale could really turn the companies fortunes around. It will be a significant first step, as it proves we have a saleable product.

I've always known that completing our first order would take time, but we are so very close (for the reasons I stated in my previous post).

The FCL market is in its infancy but that is about to change.

Will we get a piece of this market? Well, I'm optimistic and I think there is every reason to be.

Time will tell if I'm right or not.

Regards,
DC

I am very tempted to but these as a complete punt.

How do we know that he won't pull the wool over our eyes by declaring that no sales are in the pipeline and that he wants to sell the assetts in a MBO and then as if by magic he could start selling gizmos by the shed load while we are left sat in a cash shell.

Errollc, exactly, well said sir!It good to have a ceo with a no-nonsense approach. If we can't sort out orders in the next few months there is no point in continuing.

"IMHO he's given a short timeline, because he knows he can achieve his targets."

No problem errollc

mudbath,

Its all about sales (but timing of sales is crucial).

If the company are not able to secure sales quickly then it makes sense to concerve cash.

Converting to a cash shell (though not ideal), retaining key personnel would be the most sensible thing to do under those circumstances.

Sales may take longer than expected to secure or they may not.

Personally, I would be more concerned if the company decided against preserving their cash while not securing orders.

DC

Market cap is indeed at cash levels.

Mud, SC can't go on forever with the sales effort.....in a year's time he'll have no cash whatsoever and the remaining 'shell' would be worth nothing. At least with a timeline of a month or so we'd be left with some cash if the sales don't materialise.

IMHO he's given a short timeline, because he knows he can achieve his targets.

I remain concerned over the extremely short timescale that SC has apparently allocated for the generation of new sales.SURELY,if ZEN has invested several years and multi- million pounds in arriving at the current position, one could expect several months of HIGH OCTANE sales effort.
The ability to report sales would enable a better valuation of ZEN.
Imo,a cash shell presents the potential for current PIs to be robbed of benefiting from fair value.

DC thanks for the write up....everything you write from your conversation with SC rings true. It seems here are several orders being lined up with the Russian one the largest. However that may not happen first I gather as something from the UK, US and Thailand may come earlier...

Being a cash shell isn't the worst thing in the world, but I bet that won't happen!
good luck.

As I suggested on Monday, there is an outside chance of the ZEN share price attaining double figures before the week is out.
That would be a result.
