Good to see you here Joe.It worries me over the complete lack of interest and drop in share price as any good news usually manges to trickle out and you see the price rise.
What do you think the price would go to if it became a shell company?

Still here dunc. and had hoped we would have a deal by now but SC has said big companies a lot of people to approve before they sign anything.

I must admit a few months ago I was looking forward to this week.Now,not so much.There has been continual selling for the last few months in 40,000 trades.I don't know why but I always like to see a little rise before the AGM and not the opposite.

The AGM could be anywhere from the air to the ground, I suppose thats why they are refered to as Air to Ground Missiles, not to be confused with GAM which funnily enough you would find in the same space but generally going in the opposite direction.

Who is going to the AGM?? I am currently working in Africa so am unable to attend this year.. In someways its probably a good thing, as after last years meeting I bought more stock which has since halved in value!!

I don't think reverting to a cash shell if that were to happen would be that costly when you consider ZEN are a much smaller business that previous after restructuring and significantly reducing their work force. There would be costs associated with doing this but I wouldnt expect them to be significant.

Taking this type of action doesnt mean its the end for ZEN, far from it. Its like I have been saying for a while, timing is key.

If its not quite the right time for this market then we obviously need to preserve cash.

By my calcs, I think we currently have more cash than the company is currently valued at, taking into account some products that have been sold over recent months and of course the cash owed for the completion of FCL in sheffield.

No value is placed on the IP which I think is worth at least 10p per share now, exluding cash and I would consider that cheap.

Anyway, I'm not too doom and gloom about ZEN. Still think there is a good chance our fortunes will eventually turn around and I wouldnt rule out someone snapping us up on the cheap either.

is it worth more with the business or just as a cash shell? do we know what the liabilities of shutting up shop will do? how much cash will be left?

Dc. Not sure as just checked IPEC websites and seems to indicate they represent Zenergy (Australia). So hopefully they are making companies aware of Zenergy
