I assume that this is a fairly recent commercial partnership agreement for Zenergy.

Very annoying that directors can maintain that they are on the verge of making sales and talking to multiple interested parties indefinately with never providing any proof that they really are doing anything. I have been in a few AIM companies that have strung shareholders along until they bled avery last drop of cash out in inflated wages while never having achieved anything.

How can we be sure that we are not bgeing taken for fools?

watched TV about solar flares and saw they can now be predicted . I think a big one is due .They can cause havoc to electric grids . Any purchase of a FCL now will be too late . Wouldnt it be nice though .

I would of thought the tax write-off alone would been valued at between 15-20p.Only a few weeks until the AGM.

Thanks Errollc. We are trading at less than cash at the mo and at this price I wouldn't get surprised if we saw a t/o approach.
All hoping from my point of view and I think the only reason we haven't is that there are too many institutional holders here,(about50%).
A few deals will see this rocket and I dare to think were we would be with a major deal.

DD, some great posts recently...well done. This will work if it has enough time (and money). The orders seem to be coming through but it's all so slow. not that that's too surprising really given the state of the world's economy.

If SC has doubt about getting the orders then I'd a) mothball the US operations but maintain the IP maybe putting the IP and some cash into another quoted vehicle (it's been done before) and b) use the rest of the cash for a reversal. s

In that way we shareholders still get some upside if the IP is used by a third party (SURELY it's worth something to another bigger entity given the sales pipeline) and also get the upside from the existing cash shell.

All very boring, but the market is telling you something.

AFBOB,sorry it's taken so long to get back.It was a couple of weeks ago.AGM is on the 18th and I would expect news prior to that as the Russian deal is now down to contracts, imo.I personally feel they will be concentrating on the larger orders to kick start the company and deal with smaller orders when we have more staff and equity.Should be interesting times
