Bookyjam on LSE doesn't necessarily need to pay £42 to get WRN certs in order to close his account, he can use ii's Share Gift service (which, unless my memory is wrong, is free of charge).

Aren't the suckers the ones who invested in WRN? While some other investments/companies didn't succeed, at least they were not run with the aim of fleecing shareholders which IMHO was the objective here. I think I am addressing one of their main promoters.

Lady Iustitia is very patient and thorough.

In cases such as this there is a great need for full investigation, prosecution and, ultimately, exemplary sentencing.

Not only restorative justice for the victims, but also a deterrent element to serve notice on those contemplating such conduct in future that it will not be tolerated.

I think this is by far my favourite anecdote from that investigation:

"They later discovered CCTV footage that suggested that, while they were there, Nascimento's personal assistant, Jeannine Lewis, was trying to hide a company computer in a ceiling panel.

She told investigators it was part of a "clear-desk policy"."
