At the end of the day John, the fact the FCA is on the case speaks for itself. There is no bull case here. No one (!!) Can defend this now. No news. No updates. Zlitch from both Worthington or Whetstone.. and BB posters warning of this for years are NOT to blame.

..and you are a Celtic FC fan?
Btw I support my local team based in the south west so get your hate directed at the right people THE DIRECTORS who will now need to answer to the FCA who I guess are not Rangers supporters!!

Oh, and yunyum is a non holder of Worthington too. So as your other account keeps saying "why are you here?" Pmsl

..and why did you sell the day before suspension? A bit lucky and good timing and obviously not due to having any info (cough cough)

Dynorod Chapman sold a million shares and Craig Whyte sold his entire holding the day before the final suspension.

The trouble is the accounts are a year old and Henderson and Jones settlement with BDO was later, but there will be nothing left for shareholders after the liquidators have taken their cut from the Wavetower claim.

They have been made to publish honest accounts?
Edit
Or Henderson and Jones have accepted that there is no more money going to come from claims.

The Rangers FC Group Ltd accounts for April 2019 have just been posted by Companies House. The main change is removing the sixteen million pounds that was floating around amongst the Debtor and Creditor accounts.

The usual suspects, the ones we all know by name + Mr Big who put up the money behind the WHET fraud? That would be my guess.

- we don’t actually know much how ‘immune’ people will be after
they’ve had an episode of covid19? that will make an important
difference, one way or the other. cold viruses in same viral
family as this particular coronavirus, i think, & as most folks
will already know well from experience, having a cold doesn’t
give much immunity for very long to catching yet another cold.

... time will tell, of course.

stay well and happy folks.

(PS bbm, copper not hard to find, he’s busy being locked into EUA.)

Surely not? I guess that'll put the lawsuits against critical posters here on hold for a while.

FCA Investigation
Today 17:41

For those that have today received an email from Simon Quickfall on behalf of the FCA. I can confirm, having spoken to the FCA directly to confirm correspondence name, and contact details it is genuine.
I have also spoken to Simon subsequently. The aim is to have enough evidence for a court case against the directors of Worthington Group for fraud and a pump and dump scam. If convicted a separate claim for compensation can be made.
if you were one of the many, like i, to loose thousands by getting caught up in the lies in the RNS's, then please do get in touch with Simon. This is our chance for all the wrongdoing caused to us.
