05/2/2020 07:30 | CPS decided not to prosecute Stevenson. It does not say why, but it is reasonable to infer that either the evidence was not strong enough or a prosecution was not in the public interest. The hacking seems to be associated with the whole Rangers thing and not a conspiracy to bring down WRN. AE threatened months ago to bring a private prosecution imminently and we would be updated when Stevenson was served. Since then nothing. It could well be that he has been unable to find Stevenson or maybe he does not have the money that would be needed to bring a private prosecution who knows. | ![]() sweet karolina2
05/2/2020 06:59 | Picto is only updating ahareholders with information on RAP etc. because the company can't be bothered | ![]() knigel
05/2/2020 06:55 | Bulgarian filtered. I don't have any chums on this website you paranoid fool. I can't help it if Spary1 is a shareholder on ONE if my investments. Who knows, he might be a shareholder on one of your investments too - if you have any - and I note you post the odd positive/ramp post as well..just yesterday hinting at news to come on a share ..so why shouldn't others do it? (Why are there so many trolls on here - perhaps bullied at school and now trying to release years of built up resentment by trolling others?). Btw my track record is mixed -. How many are honest enough to say so? Now back to litigation .. | ![]() knigel
05/2/2020 02:54 | Re Stevenson the charges were dropped it is not correct he was charged ! Although he should have been I gave an answer relative to this in mynposts last week How ever a civil action is being taken against him very very soon Hope that clears that up for shareholders and trolls alike 😘 | ![]() dynamitedazza
04/2/2020 21:23 | Here's source material indicating the email hacking case against Stevenson was dropped: | ![]() davidkip
04/2/2020 21:19 | AFAIK that case was dropped, yes ... according the my recollection of the press coverage at the time. If that was not the case, then I think we would have heard about it ad nauseam from the usual voices on here. Talking of which, does anyone know if the POCA restraining order on Chez Ware is still in force, as per the reported entry in the Land Registry? Plus, the most recent report from the joint administrators of All About Brands would indicate that the POCA order against AB is still 'live'. | ![]() davidkip
04/2/2020 20:52 | I am quite sure sain@vision on LSE has got hold of the wrong end of the stick and Stevenson has not been successfully prosecuted. | ![]() roydyor
04/2/2020 19:38 | Does anyone know where sain@vision got the information from that Stevenson had been successfully prosecuted? "It seems that they have managed to get a successful prosecution of the low hanging fruit who was commissioned to hack the e- mails which is of course a criminal act albeit that the emails didn't shed anyone in a good light . Nevertheless an important and necessary step forward to up the ante on litigation." | ![]() roydyor
