Dazza - you keep taking about your inside information on the litigation so if you are telling the truth, then you’ll be able to answer the following questions. If you’re unable to then it’s clear you’re just making empty threats to disrupt the discussion:

1. Why was Whetstone removed from Britdaq and when are the company going to release a stately to confirm the reason/s?
2. Did the NARC deal complete?
3. When will the company issue a trading update?

If you don’t know the answers then fair enough but if you don’t, then the main question for you as a significant shareholder is why aren’t you asking them?

There is nothing about any private court claim being made so that must be timed out as well. Just threats but no action other than asking for information.

Ahmad and Green charges unlikely even after the Whyte trial.

"The time limit on fresh charges under 65(1)(b) of the Criminal Procedure (Scotland) Act 1995 expired in September, last year, and legal experts say they cannot now be indicted on the same offences."

"It is hard to see how they are going to be able to come up with something sufficiently different that would be classed as new charges, without there being an objection, about them being the same allegations but just called something different. I can't see how they can get round this."

The simple fact that each username will Be served is deemed served on the actual individual responsible for that user name

IF they choose not to attend then we get our high court judgement against th user name and This the individual Next we ID them and rinse them of their wealth
