So what's the NAV of Whetstone now Darren? Cash flow? Expenses? Investments? Sorry to ask, but there's been no news and companies aren't suppose to use What's App groups or (it appears) password locked websites to communicate to selected shareholders. They are suppose to update their own websites!
I am fed up of repeating myself, but if you keep people in the dark like (ex) shareholders or other interested parties then expect an active BB thread. Nudge nudge, wink wink, it be soon promises won't work forever

The 2 killer facts that make any case attempted crumble from the outset are:

The only intentional unlawful act which interfered with the business expectancy of WRN was committed by Doug Ware by not presenting 2014 full year accounts for audit.

The only Blog which seriously financially harmed WHET was AE's Blog, which caused the NEX listing to be canned by NEX Regulation.

Any ex parte claim would need to disclose documents that are HARMFUL to the case up front or it would be reversed immediately when they were revealed to the court - exactly what happened to AE's injunction against TW. The Injunction against the wordpress site has proved totally unenforceable.

How do the team manage to get mug investors time and time again when everything they do is a failure? The city machine is missing a cog somewhere. Although I know Chapman was recruited in the football club because he is not bright enough to have city connections.

Don't let him tell you he has got his investment back several times over because he hasn't. The money he made out of WRN was immediately reinvested, plus his original stake, with the team in Nuna etc. The profit in selling WHET shares and Flagship shares to mates was peanuts in comparison. He has still got enough to last a few years if he lives in countries with a favourable exchange rate. Enough to keep him out of the clutches of the authorities and tucked up mates.
