The strange goings on behind the scenes, Stephen Moscicki changes the name of Gem Holdings Ltd, the holder of Flagship mine concessions, to Vue Carbon Ltd. He now has a new company called Gem Holdings Limited. Confusing?

I notice on LSE that Chapman states Stevenson was arrested and charged with hacking the Whyte, Earley emails. What he doesn't mention is that the charge was dropped.

Whilst it is possible that the first two on your list have things to answer (within a specific remit) the idea that any damages can be proven from people (anonymously) posting on either company’s thread on all and every (?) share chat forum seems like a fishing exercise. Libel etc very very hard to prove and also very very hard to quantify damages (see recent Rebel Wilson case. Distributing stolen emails is one thing - opinion on a suspended share something else.

Can you confirm who is funding these actions and whether it is for the benefit of shareholders of WRN (I am
one) or simply for the named individuals mentioned in the TI report (of which you were of course you were one)

Paula, well done you sold some shares. Strange how people love to pump and say when they buy but NEVER when they sell. So do you have shares still suspended or did you sell out? Yes or No. Of course if you made a profit here then you will view things differently to the shareholders stuck here or/and looking at losses
Btw will take time off for a while until news. I have a close family member seriously unwell and it's a matter of priorities. Discussing a suspended share shouldn't really be a concern but I find it addictive..

I wonder how much Dazza and JJW are being paid? I'll give them credit, defending the companies 24/7 and never putting any blame on the people running it + apparently doing a great job having both companies suspended and not updating shareholders! :-)
They find it hard to believe that because this case is so unique, that some posters are here to see how this pans out. John is guilty of being a shareholder who didn't like what happen with his investment and others like me traded the share as I trade small cap shares. Anyway if small shareholders can get anything back that be great..just don't see how ATM.

So they pumped and dumped .. which is far more shameful than a poster offering an alternative view without trading Btw of course I am not holding.. no one has been able to trade WRN since October 2014 ffs. Only high worth individuals were suppose to be eligible for Britdaq and you all seen to suggest you sold early on while many shareholders had to wait for their shares to trade. No wonder you refuse to EVER accept a negative .. and we STILL don't know why Britdaq removed Whetstone - do you JJW/Paula? Strange I can't recall anyone saying they were banking profits at the time.
