They will have to get a move on with TI, the time limit is six years from the date of the tort.
Edit
Defamation time limit is one year, fraud is six years and the claim against Green and Ahmed in reference to the Ranger's claim is more than six years ago.

Whilst it is possible that the first two on your list have things to answer (within a specific remit) the idea that any damages can be proven from people (anonymously) posting on either company’s thread on all and every (?) share chat forum seems like a fishing exercise. Libel etc very very hard to prove and also very very hard to quantify damages (see recent Rebel Wilson case. Distributing stolen emails is one thing - opinion on a suspended share something else.

Can you confirm who is funding these actions and whether it is for the benefit of shareholders of WRN (I am
one) or simply for the named individuals mentioned in the TI report (of which you were of course you were one)

So pls any other discussions which basically is trolls assuming / guessing / desperately de ramping - paid for trolls trying to derail good work done by the team / trying to wobble shareholders with tosh and nonsense Pls use lse Chat Room

Once the litigation starts there will Be lots to talk about on here and Great games to play with and a running bookie too - very interactive - and I’m sure the traffic flow on here will be massive
