What are you on about now, I never said he didn't sell them himself but at a much lower price to Chapman and Wulstan, as proven by their early sales around the 5p mark, before most of the WRN shareholders had got their free shares.

Roy you really are deluded and must do more homework as you weakness are beginning to stand out more. Any proof of these allegations over Allans shares ,just I can't see Wulstan and Dazza being happy with your false claims.

Now they needed to make an investment to keep the shareholders happy but it wasn't one of the dream deals that had been promised, it was a failing company that had been in gradual decline for years and the share price is still falling with very few shares being traded.

But Whet wasn't a listed company, i think it was only a private one so does those rules cover that.
