BTW there's nothing untoward here- AFAIK the Court gave him special permission to remain a SEVCO director, despite his wider disqualifacation.

could be more about shared guilt rather than shame?
- particularly in certain kinds of fraud situations where
folk wanted to keep things in the family, so to speak.

the FCA will be well aware who WRN’s ‘Harriet’; is, and her relationship to the
accused. - ? but what did she actually understand at the time about the nature
of WRN? … hopefully she will be asked to give evidence on oath in court.

When acquitted it's vital that individuals seek legal advice where false accusations have been made against them on ADVFN.
